I would not have ever thought I'd write a review for a cell phone carrier service store, but the…read moreguys working here are awesome. They answered all my questions and made sure I got a great deal on all the phones and accessories I purchased. They knew the veteran/military plan details and all the promotions. I was able to transfer 4 phone lines from ATT to a single TMobile Magenta Max plan and save $150 month. They knew what trade in value I could get and that I could also get a buy one get one free iphone and then 2 free sets of airpods from the Black Friday promotion. Best cell phone company/store experience ever.

Cookies obtained, the five of us in our friend's Nissan Rogue. He attempts to turn the car on. Click click... silence. Nothing. We're stranded. Car isn't moving. We have triple A, however, one of us knew how to jump start the car, we just needed another car with a good battery. Sat with the car hood up, eating cookies, eating them, the usual thing to do when stranded and waiting for a good samaritan to offer up their car. We finished the cookies. They were pretty good. After several taste testings, we finally decide to make a move. First business we asked couldn't help us. Then we decided to go to T-Mobile. I don't know their name, but a very kind person there not only offered their car battery to help, they had better jump cables than us and also knew how to jump start a car. We very much appreciate it. Without you, our friend's beautiful car Randy might be still sitting there. Seriously recommend this T-mobile. Literal life-savers.

So I couldn't pick it up even though the phone was sitting right there. I drove a long way to get this phone which was the last one in stock and I called them first to make sure it was ready and they didn't answer. Turns out the phones haven't worked in 2 weeks. Not to mention there were 6 customers in the store and only one employee in the store who had to call her manager for help. Her manager was off today and she was the only one working. THIS IS NOT A FUNCTIONAL STORE. NEVER GO HERE

I typically don't post or share reviews but I feel like I need to share my experience so that other customers don't have to go through what I did. A few days after preordering our new phones, my wife got a call that her phone was ready to be picked up and activated. She went into the store and was there for nearly three hours while they tried to set up her new phone. I then got a call asking me to immediately go to the store because they weren't able to upgrade her phone until my came in, which wasn't scheduled to arrive for another few days. The reason they asked me to come in was so that I could get a different phone so that hers could be upgraded. This meant having to not only leave in the middle of a work day, but wake up my daughter who was napping so that I could get there "immediately." When I arrived, we were told that they actually couldn't give us either of the phones. We voiced our discontent with the employees there due to their total ineptitude. My wife was not given any transparency into what was going on during the three hours that they were trying to activate her new phone nor could they explain what we needed to do to be able to walk out of the store with our new phones. Upon expressing this, one of the employees walked stormed into the back and slamming the door, causing the walls to shake and scaring my daughter and my wife. Giving up, we walked out of the store without any idea when or if we'll get our new phones not any idea what happened to all the money that we paid while there. If both phones for both people need to arrive at the same time so that they can be activated, this is something that should be communicated from the beginning. If a store tells a customer that a product is available for them to pick up, that transaction should take minutes, not hours.

Whether you are picking out the latest iPhone, iPad, or device with the Android system, or you just…read moreneed a new cord to attach your device to a charger, the friendly people at AT&T at Easton (Morse Rd.) are there to help. Tyler, Lauren, Nick have been especially helpful in sorting out the best phone plan for me using our iPhones and tablets. In fact, when I last went to this store to talk about a plan that would be less expensive, but provide the services that I needed, not only did I get a no-data limit plan for our phones, but I was informed that I could receive two Android LG tablets for less than $5.00 for a new 2-year contract. I have had more dealings with Tyler and Lauren than any other clerks at this store. It was from them that I learned a special perk of buying genuine iPhone cords and chargers from the store. If anytime within a "year" of my purchase, my cord goes bad, I can take it to them or a similar store (call first though) and they will replace it for free. I had the occasion to test this bit of information I'd learned when the day after purchasing a new replacement cord for one that had been lost, the new one went bad. (It happens!) I took the cord in and they replaced it with no problem at all. What a relief! I can't begin to tell you how many times cheaper, 3rd party cords have quit working because the loose wire at the base of the thin cord of the phone that plugs into the charger dies. But, not so with my lightning cord from AT&T for our iPhone 5s's and the friendly support of Tyler, Lauren et. al. The store has a clean, beautiful, inviting, and stimulating interior where you can freely walk around and look at all the Apple and non-Apple devices without having a sales person pressing you for a sales. But, when you need help or want to ask a question, there is always a professional, knowledgeable staff person there to help. I've learned that there are two different kinds of AT&T stores available that offer different services. Let me see if I can get this right: There are Corporate stores like the one on Reed or further west on Morse Rd near Menards. These stores can't make free exchanges for bad cords and the like. But, the store further east on Morse Rd. (at Easton, between the big stores of Best Buy and Walmart) can make those exchanges and they and other stores like them are the focus of this review. I would suggest that you call first to see if they will make the free exchange. I've even been able to take advantage of this special perk when traveling out of state.
