Kyle rocks! An 80-something friend had an old-ish Moto/Verizon phone with a battery that had swelled so much, the case had split. Two words: Fire hazard. The Verizon store nearest his home was alarmed enough that they ordered him and his phone out of the store ... and don't come back. I offered to help him get a new phone and we ventured to this Verizon-branded Go Wireless store. I set my expectations to "low" and was prepared for a miserable experience. My expectactions were wrong. Ergo; my opening claim that, "Kyle rocks!" Helpful. Knowledgeable. No shenanigans. We departed with a new phone with all the apps and data installed. I most recently changed carriers to Verizon because of the deals that had running. from the start, I had nothing but problems. Long story short, I went to this location to have them help me redeem my $200 gift cards I was promised per line. A guy started to help me and couldn't figure it out and went to get a manager. The manager told me that they didn't have time to sit down with me for an hour to figure this out because they busy with other customers. The kicker was that I was the only one in the store. Extremely rude and unprofessional customer service. I am switching back to my older carrier. I would highly recommend not using this store. read more

I have been to many stores throughout the country and this store has been by far the best store ever. From the moment I walked thru the door to the moment I walked out. If you want to have friendly and quick service this is the place. The manager Mike is great to work with. He helped me get my phone and tablet all set up and ready to use and gave me some great tips as it is a new phone I have never used before. He kept a conversation going as we were getting everything set up so I wasn't bored. He was very knowledgeable on everything I asked and didnt have to make up some lame answer. Best service in every category, clean store, great customer service. Couldn't ask for a better experience. read more
