Wildly unhelpful staff. I will be leaving verizon after 20 years of service after my visit to this store.

Amazing customer service. The most fun you can have while getting a new phone! The staff was very professional, but fun to talk to.

Incredible. Lifesavers. 100/10…read more I fully submerged my iPhone 6 in water and couldn't fish to out for a full 30 seconds. Tried the rice method but not until a few hours later. The result, not unexpectedly, was disastrous. Half the phone screen turned black, or started pushing buttons itself, or wouldn't respond, or wouldn't turn on, and then, finally, it would just flashed a green screen at me at a nightclub rave tempo. Summary: worst case scenario. It was the weekend and I rely on my phone for personal life and work. I was panicking. I feared not only for my news feed, but for the clients that couldn't get ahold of me bright and early Monday morning. I googled the nearest place with the best reviews. Then searched again for anyone open on a Sunday at noon (not many). These guys popped up; I went in with a bank card and blind hope. Expecting to have to buy a cheap full-in phone until I could sort out this mess with Apple or AT&T. Expecting to kiss my savings account goodbye. These guys are outstanding. I walked in, explained the situation. They gave me a full quote and walked me though the possible damages and repair options. Sent me to kill time for an hour, and when I came back about 50 minutes later, they had it mostly fixed. They switched it between the old and new screen right in front of me so I could understand the situation. Opened it up and showed me the damages. I know nothing about the inner workings of an iPhone, but they broke it down for me unprompted so I could grasp what I was in for and what to expect. Told me the worst case scenario (needing to send it elsewhere for further repairs), but made it clear they'd do everything they could. Reminded me of any possible costs and double checked that I was okay with them. Never made me feel like I'd be left high and dry (which would've been fair; they fix phones, they don't perform magic, and I'd essentially sent it to the Shadow Realm). As a bonus, the guy who helped me was really polite about the privacy of my phone. Let me key in the password and double checked that I was okay with him entering any apps to confirm the functionality of the phone - even when going into Settings. Was super thorough and dedicated to making the phone 100% again, even when I admitted I was willing to just take a phone that could send texts, make calls, and receive emails. Friendly, calm, professional; that was exactly what I needed when looking at my year-old, $900 investment and control hub of my life, sitting possibly dead on the counter. Went to kill time for another 15 minutes. When I came back, he had it all patched up and gave me a rundown of the final fixes. Noted that one or two minor glitches did happen (battery level fluctuated some), but gave me the option of fixing that then (maybe unnecessary) or coming back if there was an issue with a $10 discount on replacing the battery. Never pressured me to buy anything else and was very frank about the state of my phone. I was in and out in an hour and a half, tops. I came in with a phone that probably needed a full replacement. Walked out with a fully functional phone that had a new screen, a few circuit repairs, and other minor tweaks that had it living life again. $100-ish dollars in total, on the weekend, less than three hours after I'd TOTALED the thing. I'll recommend these guys forever, and you won't catch me upgrading to a new phone again just because something is wrong with my old one. This place works miracles!

Unfortunately I cracked my screen cover but they honored their guarantee and a replacement screen…read morewas only $5. Thank you Ramon for the great service!

I had a cracked phone screen and needed a fast, competent repair but I got even more. The night…read morebefore I scouted Yelp for the higher rated repair facilities and sent estimate requests to several. Two replied promptly that same evening. Quick Fix was among the lowest at $169 (iPhone 12Pro screen). I later discovered a check-in discount via Yelp of $25! I went in the next morning shorty after they opened at 10am and met Brennon, their newest technician at this location, and a gem of a human being - kind, patient, and informative. While I could see several jobs pending in trays at the back of the lobby -- and as the only employee at that moment he also had to answer two phone calls -- Brennon assured me he could get the replacement completed in less than 90 minutes. Barely an hour later he called (my backup/work phone) with the good news that all went well and my iPhone was ready. With the Yelp bonus and after taxes, it came to just over $150. During the "tablet spin" I happily added a $10 tip for the tremendously personal and fast service. Their work comes with a warranty and you can purchase an additional warranty that I'm rethinking as I type! If I remember, for $29 extra you get screen replacement for life, with no deductible. Whaaat?! I like that there are three of these establishments in Tucson as that gives me comfort that they stand behind their name and warranty. There is easy parking in this small strip mall with Quick Fix located in between Peach Skin and an Army Recruiting office. The lobby is airy, clean, and inviting.

I went here about a mouth ago to fix my screen On my iPhone. Few weeks later I had a notification…read moreon my phone saying the iPhone doesn't recognize the new screen. After a few days that notification went away. Then shortly after I have a pink line running vertically on the phone. Went in to see if they could fix my screen as it should be covered by some type of warranty. They blamed me saying it's from physical damage and would have to buy a whole New screen. Terrible service.

whoop, whoop... I received a call from TCC today. I'm wondering how they connected my Yelp review…read moreto my phone number with only my name. So be forewarned whatever companies you review on Yelp must be provided with your data. They don't like my Yelp review and they want to know how I've resolved this. I try to explain the hassle and the representative cuts me off and says he is fully aware of the story. I explain I've resolved the issue, through Verizon because when I went back to their store three times in total I received no service. The TCC man says that's because Verizon has no idea of their policies and if Verizon directed me to go back to their store, it did not matter as they would not honor the committee that Verizon made to me. Then why do they work for Verizon and why in God's name does Verizon allow them to work under their name? So what can they do to resolve this issue? Well, it's a little to late. I've already resolved the issue with Verizon after I'd been in their store 3x with no resolution, zero customer service and a huge amount of hassle... so exactly why is he calling me now? The issue is resolved, without their help. There is no accountability, he states that the information I received in their store is erroneous but that a "new sales representative" must have helped me. I explain I know that's not the issue either as other representatives where asking the man's assistance that waited on me AND the man had told me he had just transferred from another store. I explained that obviously this call was not going to go anywhere because I'd already resolved my issue, through Verizon without their assistance so what was the point of the call? We were then disconnected, go figure.

It took an actual verizon store not a retailer to tell me this... guys at this retail store only went around subject. Dishonesty and deceiving is how they rack up business here. They also charged me almost 100.00 in extra fees to upgrade phone even though I was upgrade eligible.. at same time coworker of mine in exact same situation upgraded his for only 20.00 across the street in verizon store.
