This was my second visit to this location. Went in once before to get my wife's phone fixed and it went swimmingly. I had driven my car into town to do some shopping with my wife. My car died in the Home Depot parking lot, so we walked over to the Batteries Plus to see if they could assist. There we met Ryan, an exemplary employee, to say the least. He walked me back to my car to see what he could do while carrying the portable car jumper, which looked super heavy. After jumping my car and us returning to the store, he tested my battery which seemed to have a decent amount of life left in it. I think my car was just cold and hadn't been driven in a while, so it died after a short drive because it didn't get enough of a charge. Blah blah blah. He told me that I didn't need a new super expensive battery and just to drive around for a while to charge the battery and it will be fine. He was totally right and I can't say how much I appreciate his honesty and kindness. He's a legend and I will definitely be returning for any needs we have that they can help us with. I went in to get my iPhone 11 screen replaced due to tons of cracks. The usual shop I go to had a lengthy wait that day so I chose to stop by here. After being fixed all seemed well and I was on my way. After one drop the entire bottom of my screen popped out and wouldn't go back in. I've never experienced a screen popping out of place after a repair. I suggest taking your business elsewhere for better long term results. read more

Exchanging a defective battery proved to be burdensome. I purchased a rear battery for my Mercedes SL, there are 2, and recently found the top inoperative. I ran MB diagnostic software that proved the battery defective. I then attempted to charge the battery using two different chargers Both chargers shut down down due to the battery internal short. Float volts would not rise above 11.4 V.I returned the battery for exchange and was told by David that they needed 2 days to confirm my findings, after I told 2 days was rediculous and knowledgable tech could confirm on two minutes what I was telling him. David then decided 2 hours was sufficient. I left the defective battery with him, went to lunch and returned in 1 hour. David exchanged the battery. Had I accepted the initial terms David expressed I would have suffered the inconvenience of the car being down Two days and traveling another 50 mile round trip for no good reason. Needless to say " my next battery purchase.will not be from this store". read more

We an an Air Force family on the road moving from Santa Barbara, California to North Carolina. We bought our RV battery in Citrus Heights, CA 2 months ago and it was a bad battery. They gave us a hard time about exchanging the battery, even though we had our receipt. Terrible experience. Go to a different store to buy batteries, specially if they are expensive. read more

This is the first review I have ever written about a business. I gave them a 2 star review because the vehicle battery I purchased was a good deal. They also advertise free installation if one purchase via their web site. The web site worked quite fine. I purchased and they forwarded an email stating that the battery was available for pick up. I went in the next day and that is when I then found out that was the only thing that worked. When it came to the battery installation......what a joke. The person that was going to do the work was total inept at what he was attempting to accomplish. He just didn't have the proper tools for the job and even if he did, I am not sure that he would still have been able to accomplish it. So I left the store with the new battery in hand and went home were I was able to change it out with about a 5 minute period, using the proper tools. The next day I went back to the store with the old core for disposal. Because of my experience, I wanted to contact the owner. I was told by the staff that was not possible because they do not give out that information. I then asked what I needed to do to get a hold of him and they told me that I would have to contact the manager, but when I asked how I could reach him, I was again told that they could not provide that information. So as far as I can tell, here is a business that is not interested in feedback to better serve the customers. That is a shame. read more

First time visitor and I was pleased with the service and interesting inventory. Worth your time just to stop by and see.

My iPhone 7plus was run over by a car (my fault, I left it on the bumper while loading my groceries). So, when I retraced my tracks and found my phone in the middle of the road face down, I was so saddened to think that when I picked it up and looked at the screen it would be pitch black and I would have to fork out another grand for a new phone as I had no insurance coverage. When I picked up my phone to my delight the screen was still on and working, unfortunately it was cracked beyon what I could see and started acting like there was a ghost in my phone and started opening apps, connecting to my bluetooth speakers playing music in the middle of the night and so on. I could not switch it off. So, I started researching to see if it could be repaired and wahlah! I found this store who repaired it to a brand new screen and works like it was brand new. It cost 150.00 and repaired in less than an hour, so worth it. And the technichian in the store was very kind! I can't thank you guys enough. I will use you for all my battery/bulb/phone repair needs. Thanks Again!! read more
