It was very frustrating, very, very frustrating. I made all the right calls but could not fix it since they caused the issue by changing my phone number which nullified my trade value. They did not activate the right line, but created a new line instead....so AT&T kept my trace in for free as a donation, then charged me for the phone that should have been zero cost based on the switch from my former provider to them. HUGE mistake, unable to fix through them or AT &T. I will never deal with them again, and switched back to my old provider. Biggest regreat is that I can not give them a zero now.

Joei had told us that to replace the battery, he would have to remove the screen and it would potentially break. He ended up charging $270 for this battery swap because he needed to change the screen too being it broke. His repairs to the screen, which never had an issue initially, broke on the first day we got it back. Went back to adress this issue and was just told how it was our fault that it broke and how it has nothing to do with the quality of his work. He proceeded to walk away from his booth with the phone without communicating what he was doing. Told security and they said "ohh he should be back" and walked away. He finally came back with a new screen to put on the phone. Once he had the phone repaired, he held onto it for awhile rather than giving our phone back to me, so he could ask me personal questions about my relationship and intimate life. The whole situation felt very creepy and left me never wanting to enter the mall again.
