Visited store to purchase some accessories and get some of my old photos & contacts transferred to my new phone. I was helped by Andrew (asst manager) and was extremely pleased with his interpersonal skills, he demonstrated a genuine care for my needs and showed he really cared about my store visit. When he asked if we owned a tablet, it never felt to me that he was becoming a pushy salesman, it just showed how they create value in their service & products combined with their current promotions. All I can say is Anthony rocks! My mom and I had an upgrades for our phones and a little nervous to go into the store to wheel and deal. We started talking to Anthony and he was so awesome about laying out the plans that were available to us and the different cost breakdowns for each service. He was able to make sure we would be getting the best deal! While we were waiting for our phones to arrive he made himself easily available able via text message or a quick phone call. If you want somebody who is knowledgeable, nice and dependable Anthony is your guy! He is the only person in the Tehachapi I will be dealing with in the future. read more

I don't think I will ever go to any other Verizon store. Anthony, the store manager has earned our business forever. We had a pretty complex situation when we went in. Not everything went as planned, but Anthony was able to rectify the situation. That led to 2 phones being upgraded and changing our plan. We are very happy with how persistent Anthony was to help us. He even made a follow up call to us the next day to make sure everything was taken care of. I highly recommend this store. It seems from the other reviews that they have recently (assuming late 2014) had a management change and it has been for the best. read more

Anthony is a fantastic salesperson and an asset for Verizon. His integrity I'd to be applauded an he doesn't shove stuff down your throat. Super cool guys. Needed help with a SIM card issue and they too care of it for me! Jeff Oviedo was super friendly and walked me through from start to finish making sure my issue was completely taken care of. He even gave me some good advice about some trouble apps on my phone.
