I called 5 times and was told on all separate accounts that a manager would call me back because they changed accounting systems and only a manager access the old system. I never once received a call back. After calling again three years later, I finally got an email saying too much time has passed and they will not refund me. How can they keep someone's money for a service never provided? This is illegal in many states and the business is suppose to report unearned revenue to the state or refund the customer. As for me, while I've built my computer before I decided to let MicroCenter take care of it. The installation cost was low and I was able to build my "super computer" for cheap, a warranty and it was done within three days. What was a lot of fun is the saleman and I talked for about 45 minutes about World of Warcraft b/c he's a player as well. Although he did try and sell me a monitor however I have that covered. I did browse the TV section out of curiosity and noticed their prices and inventory are competitive with other stores as well. I have owned nothing but Garmin watches to record my runs and training. In fact over the past 10…read moreyears I've only had two of them. An old Garmin Forerunner 235 which lasted forever and now in the past year I upgraded to a Garmin 265. Both are terrific for my run training needs and the 265 offers many more options and information for health stats, training tips, messages, music, etc. Plus, the battery is super long lasting. Yes, the 265 is a major upgrade which offers more, and I'm still learning how to use it. Other than a few incidents when Garmin signal was down I really have not had any major problems with my Garmin watches no matter where I have recorded my runs with them, from NYC to Tokyo.

Did my due diligence, prior to purchasing.. and went with this model. What I love: the look of the watch! Especially the watch face being round- I've have all Apple Watches- so from square to round is refreshing! The watch is so light and the watch band feels great! I like how there are so many watch faces you can get and create.. Battery seems to be good, had to learn how to turn off notifications, but the charging is super fast.. I do have an IPhone- so compatibility with answering calls and texts does not happen.. which is okay, because I can focus more.. Glad I got it! If in the future- maybe one of my son's will get me the solar one.. lol!
