Excellent customer service via De Von at the Shawnee Mission T-Mobile store. Had a OnePlus 6T phone…read morewhich i've owned for over 2 years. Suddenly beginning of August, every call would drop at 3min 10sec. After investigation, many complaints arose with the same issue. This occurred after a software upgrade took place from OnePlus (Chinese). No time of a fix was given, so i decided with De Von's assistance to upgrade to a Samsung A71 5G. Without giving specifics, De Von was able to provide a sizeable discount being the issue with my OnePlus was not one i had created. He copied all info onto the Samsung and was very patient while i checked every aspect of data to ensure nothing was missing. I highly recommend asking for De Von if you are a T-Mobile customer. Just a side note, Samsung no longer makes their phones in China, but rather Vietnam which is totally fine with me.

I had one rep tell me about a discount that saved me $40 a month on our bill! I wish Verizon actually communicated this with me via email or other communication years before, but thankfully the rep told me and it worked out. Plus this is a review for this store location and not Verizon's lack of communication so I'm grateful for the tip from the sales guy. Have traded phones here, purchased new phones here, ordered phones from my app and picked them up here same day within minutes. We have verizon for our regular (6) lines and I think those should be canceled as well. This is so unbelievably frustrating. I am so anxious now that I had to mail in the phone instead of returning it in store. 2 hours of my life is gone trying to return this phone between trying in store, needing to contact customer service, getting stuck in a never ending ai loop, finally getting a person, transferred 3 times, still no refund, phone is in transit. No resolution days later. I drove from NW Barry road to NE Barry road in Liberty, filled up my large SUV with gas and returned home- while waiting for/talking to customer service. For future inquiries about business lines and employee education I have included a screenshot about Verizon Reveal. When I spoke with a representative asking me about my experience he told me it would be an additional $20 per month. That is not what their website says. Frowns all around. But truly a blessing in disguise as I save over $80 a month using a different service.
