T-mobile has provided the worst service have ever witnessed! My mom and I wanted to receive an estimate for phone plans. We received an estimate after five hours on the phone and we denied their service. After talking with Support, Manager, and some other unknown T-Mobile employee I have been charged each month for cell phone bill that I don't have. Or a cell phone number that I don't have. Please think twice about going with this cell phone service, I called repeatedly to cancel the so-called bill but they still continue to bill me. This is unfair. Please be cautious. read more

So, I heard from an employee that they treated their workers quite well during the lockdown. Such as, they still got paid even if they weren't at work or if they came to work they got paid extra, which I definitely have to commend T-Mobile for. Great respect, great company! However, I'm disappointed with this location. I've gone in here several times before and got treated quite well.. I was dressed nice. Then yesterday, I was dressed down in my work attire and they were kind of aloof. I walked in and there were about 5 to 8 workers all gathered in the corner shooting the s*** with each other and completely ignored me. The one worker who did finally approach me, after I walked towards him and made eye contact (which isn't too bad I suppose, just less than I'm used to from T-Mobile) had me enter my information on an online form while he walked away. Which has never occurred before. Before they've always been very helpful and talked me through it. I realize reading back over this that I sound a bit entitled, but I am serious, I'm used to much better service from T-Mobile, which is a big part of the reason I've been their customer for about 9 years. read more

I was really impressed with manager Jeff today. He not only found me the best deal for a new phone, He also was patient and took the time to explain things and get my transfer complete. Made sure all my questions were answered and just as polite as could be. I have been with T-Mobile over 10 years and will be for another 10 at least. read more

I hadn't been to this particular location in over a year. However, at that time the service was excellent and the employees were knowledgeable. When a glitch in service and billing couldn't be resolved on the store's computer, the employee called T-Mobile directly using a phone number available to the store only. The problem was resolved. Fast forward one year. The store's had a complete remodel (it looked good before). None of the previous employees were present. The manager was new. Gone was the service. The employees weren't knowledgeable and advised me to contact customer service over the phone instead of assisting me (I was in the store because I'd already run into a brick wall with the phone customer "service" rep who was typically clueless) I left and won't be back. I'll look for a corporate store closer to my home. I hopefully I'll have better luck. read more
