Some kid came to my apartment to install WIFI and I have not been able to get onto my account since. I have spent countless hours on the phone with countless "specialists" and no one can help!!! I cannot see or pay my bill, and no one can recover my account. I now have late fees and who knows what- I STILL CANNOT ACCESS MY ACCOUNT, AND EVERN THE SPECIALISTS CAN'T HELP! As soon as I am able to resolve this, I will switch to TMobile and never go near this company again!!! I only gave them one star because it would not take my review with no stars.

He gave me input on which phone would be the best to use, and he checked to see if they were locked. When he went to start the battery replacement on the i5, he discovered the battery just wasn't hooked up, and it would be no cost if it worked and would charge. I'm waiting while he charges it, and I'm hopeful that's all it needs. Either way, I'll definitely come back here for my phone needs in the future!
