the term service must be a foreign language to the hear people. I went in and waited as the agent was working with a customer. as I waited another agent came in and gave no hint of caring about me, I was the only other customer in n the store. she then proceeded to interact with the first group. if she had said" I'll be with you as soon as I help here " I would have been good. but to ignore a waiting customer is just rude. Store opens at 10am. I had an 11am scheduled appointment. Two employees. One competent woman. One incompetent man with a long ponytail tied at the top of his head (like you see on 5 yr old girls). I waited an hour. Ponytail was with the same customer the entire time. The woman was the manager. She helped one person than went in the back to attend an online meeting. Returned 20 minutes later. More people waiting. After waiting an hour, the phone I wanted to purchase was not in stock. I could not order the phone online because Verizon would not accept my address. Woman employee could not correct the problem. I left without a phone. Every time I have gone into this store, they have two employees at most. One is usually competent and the other is like Ponytail. Worst customer service ever. Waited an hour and 15 minutes to pay my bill. They did not greet me and acted like I don't exist. This has happened on multiple occasions. Also they lied to me and said I would get a free Apple Watch and IPad then charged me for the devices and are just trying to sell you stuff. Worst customer service ever. This store and staff rip off the elderly! They charge an astronomical amount to do nothing for elderly people except push a few buttons then they won't give them their phone back unless they pay them $39.99 for doing nothing! Customer service sucks and I am telling everyone to avoid this location especially if they are elderly because they take advantage of them! Then when you call to speak with the person that took advantage of your family member they say " I don't work for free" no you don't work for free band it shows when you take advantage of the elderly! This is inexcusable behavior and will not be tolerated. The manager of this location should do the right thing and refund the charges that the elderly have been taken advantage of! Having this store open on a Sunday with the one rude and robotic employee working there has got to be a huge waste of money for Verizon. today, when I went into the store to open a new cell service, this employee was the only person in the store. He treated me like he was a cynical cop and I was trying to talk my way out of a ticket. I didn't do any business in this store and I will never go back as long as this aloof, apathetic man child is working there. read more

this store is outlandishly slow. they had three employees but only two appeared to be busy. the Verizon website was worse. I could not get past the verification code before it list the previous link. as soon as there are better options I will leave Verizon. read more

BEWARE! Actually save yourself the nightmare and just CALL VERIZON DIRECTLY! This location is a 3rd party, they charge extra fees you don't pay with Verizon, they lie in order to ensure they get the "deal", "commission" and "bragging rights", all quotes taken from Kasey M during the 4 different interactions we had with her. The most shocking was when she said she didn't want to "do all the work" if we didn't go through with everything we had discussed. Should have been the 1st clue to RUN! We started working with Kasey M on 12/8, where we were very clear to explain 3 of the devices we were ordering were Christmas presents for our children. Kasey ASSURED us that we would get ALL devices in time for Christmas. So we moved forward, trusting Kasey M, BIG MISTAKE! Kasey M opened the wrong phone, cost me $90 to get the one I actually wanted, and ZERO accountability from Kasey M or her 'manager' Kathy Bazan, for doing this. They also sold us a defective case and the wrong camera protector, they offered to refund $4 to the account OR for me to pay and purchase new accessories to get a case that works and the right camera lenses protector. We already paid over $40 for those accessories, but again ZERO accountability from Kathy and Kasey. Kathy Bazan then calls to tell us our devices are ready, she was quite rude and hung up abruptly after delivering the message. This is NOT new behavior from the location, so we were not surprised about the unprofessionalism over the phone. We went into the store within hours to be told no the devices were not in fact in. Kathy Bazan then took it upon herself 2 days later to cancel 2 of the devices we ordered. She told her coworkers it was because when she called to tell us devices were ready, supposedly we "laughed and were rude". This is a blatant lie Kathy, but aside from being dishonest, what you did was vindictive, and honestly quite nasty. You cancelled 2 of our kids Christmas presents because YOUR EMPLOYEE caused a bunch of problems and caused an dissatisfied and upset customer. Instead of making things right, you CANCELLED KIDS CHRISTMAS PRESENTS!?!? Not to mention the trips to this store cost us over $800, we ultimately had to cancel everything done with the store, and replacing the orders with Verizon directly, 3 days before Christmas. Now we also have an almost $1,000 bill to deal with and try to fix. While dealing with the nightmare location and the dishonest, rude, nasty and vindictive employees, I've been emailing their district manager Daniel.roman@victra.com, since 12/17, to which he has NOT RESPONDED to a single email. In the end our orders were purchased directly with Verizon, everything arrived after Christmas, and we are STILL waiting on 1 device. Remember how Kasey M promised we'd get everything in time? We are completely blown away that this location conducts business the way it does, and employs these types of employees. So again, SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND MONEY, JUST CALL VERIZON DIRECTLY!!! Our economy is garbage and we all already pay WAY TOO MUCH money for EVERYTHING, we don't need to go into the Verizon in our tiny town to have to deal with this kind of stuff, do better Kathy Bazan, Kasey M, and Daniel Romain.
