First lesson only go to official Verizon stores, not Victra. #2 when to look at new phone, they said they could do our upgrade and order the phones (2). I asked what would be the difference of purchase from this vendor which I fully thought was a real Verizon store, they said nothing, it's the same. Lesson #2 ask if there are any charges that you need to tell me? Today on my email was an invoice not from Verizon but Victra, on that invoice was two charges for "set up and go" and two charges for $39.99 each $79.98 total. I went to the store. The rep said "oh well no refunds, call #611. I explained i was not told about this charge. He said it's company policy no refunds. I said I am done coming to this store ever. What a bait and switch! Potential shoppers don't waste your money or time, don't go to this Victra store. There are too many options that throwing your well earned money away.

I'm pretty knowledgeable about my gadgets, I've had everything Apple has to offer from the IPod…read moreNano back in the day, IPod Touch and IPad, plus many Alexa gadgets and a Kindle Fire in there at one point as well, but I guess I learned something today myself. For the past few days I've only been able to fit one charging cord in my iPad as opposed to any of the 4-5 I have plugged in all the time, and the cord that did fit was really loose and would fall out if you didn't sit it just right and then was very spotty about it's charging. It would start, stop, start, stop, and so on and it occurred to me there might be something in the charging port. I was right. I do pay for Apple Care but didn't want to send my iPad away for a week or whatever so I looked up here on the mountain. I also didn't want to try it myself because if you screw up your USB port on a several hundred dollar gift from your girlfriend, you might not have a girlfriend for much longer- lol. I asked Isaac if he was Apple certified over the phone and he said yes, he in fact, was. I didn't actually think to verify it while there but that was because he fixed my iPad in about half a second with I believe it was a teeny set of tweezers, then told me that some USB charging cords actually have two pieces on the end (charging part) plug of the cord, then there's the plug then over it which is the safety mechanism, a kind of coating I guess that locks the cord into the iPad, you know it's there when you hear that little click and the iPad locks into place. Anyway, I guess when I pulled out the cord recently the safety coating stayed locked in the iPad and the cord came out without it, which is why it was so loose and no other cord would go into the port. Isaac fixed it in no time, wiped down my screen even and was trying to get some spots off it but had no luck because I told him they were inside the glass, not out, because the bottom right corner of my iPad has a little bit of a gap from where the glue dried up and came off. He recommended I do send into Apple for that and I probably will at some point but not right now. But he did this and told me not even to worry about paying for it, it was so quick. I told him for my fee I will write a review and post it everywhere so here it is. 5 star service.

Updated review Have…read morevisited this place multiple times due to convenience of location. The staff is pleasant and there seems to be enough of them that the line isn't ever out the door. While their selection is limited, they put the effort forward to get whatever merchandise you may need. Will continue to visit this establishment
