Upon my return, Ashley immediately worked on the phone personally, and replaced the battery for half price since the first repair didn't fix all of the problems. Everything about my fix/transaction was prompt, professional, friendly, and met all expectations. I'll be returning to iPhixation for future phone/computer repair issues. Thanks!

We were helped by a manager, Shane, who was on his last day at this store. He was great but, obviously, was running into his lunch time because wife and his cute little girl were waiting and, sometimes, his daughter crawling on his lap. We had to buy a new phone because my iPhone 7 Plus wouldn't work with their towers. He ended up making a mistake with my area code for one of my plans for replacement protective covers which wasn't a big deal and fixed perfectly by Diego today. We ordered a new jet pack which was driven in from Payson since they didn't have one in stock. Summer had to help make some corrections to my phone and did a wonderful job. We have had a horrible experience with the latest jet pack version 8800L. It hooks up and drops off many, many times in a minute. Nick helped us get with this problem. He took a long time to make sure we had something that would work. Malcolm worked hard to get it resolved. We were in the store 1 1/2 hours and still may have a problem.Unfortunately, we may have to come back. This is a Verizon manufacturing problem not the store issue. Nick was really great with us and would work with him again. I definitely would recommend Verizon and, especially, this store. Service is 5 stars with the exception of the original problem. If everything stays the same, we will be with them for a long time.

So today on 09/02/2022 I went to this Verizon location to have them checkout my phone to fix the SIM card/cellular data, but the lady in the front desk told me she can't do anything about it unless I call customer service, SMH while last year I had the same issue with my old phone and a previous worker at this same location suggested I get a new SIM card to resolve the problem, which it did resolve the issue. People working here have no experience, go else where! The lady today was no help, she couldn't even at least suggest restarting my cellular data or even look at the phone to see what is really wrong with it.

Son was in a reck, broke his phone, went in to see what to do, next thing, they said we were in an…read moreold plan, that they don't have this anymore, they made everything sound wonderful and even the WiFi, I had said no on the WiFi, we got talked into, 30 days to return it, I sent 3 family members in to take the WiFi back, 7 days left to return, when I went in, then we got the " we can't take back returns, you have to call Verizon at 611" 1 guy said he couldn't take it back because of management wasn't there, but he could even come to the house to help, they wanted us to run out of the 30 days, so we would have to keep it, this office is a bunch of crooks. I will never go back, I would rather do everything over the phone and I will from here on out , you go in, you better be aware of their little scams.
