He offered solutions to my computer issues which was exactly what I had hoped. I made the decision to purchase a new computer. I gave Drake the information as to what my requirements were for a new one. He referred the information to his manager. I was told she would call me. I called her after 5 business days had elapsed. She had picked 2 computers and gave me the pricing. It would have been wise for me to write the information down. I did not. I wanted to read about the computers online. As you can imagine, there are a multitude of similar computers. I called back today to see if she could text or zip me an email with the info. Unfortunately, I could tell she was frustrated with me and unwilling to help. She told me i would just have to call back. I asked her when a good time and she responded that i would just have to call back. she is working with customers. Unfortunately, i am also a customer and consumer. Perhaps time management is an issue. Needless to say, Im not a fan of negative attitudes and treating customers as such. My 2 stars are for Drake and his genuine concern for customers.

For the past few days I've only been able to fit one charging cord in my iPad as opposed to any of the 4-5 I have plugged in all the time, and the cord that did fit was really loose and would fall out if you didn't sit it just right and then was very spotty about it's charging. It would start, stop, start, stop, and so on and it occurred to me there might be something in the charging port. I was right. I do pay for Apple Care but didn't want to send my iPad away for a week or whatever so I looked up here on the mountain. I also didn't want to try it myself because if you screw up your USB port on a several hundred dollar gift from your girlfriend, you might not have a girlfriend for much longer- lol. I asked Isaac if he was Apple certified over the phone and he said yes, he in fact, was. I didn't actually think to verify it while there but that was because he fixed my iPad in about half a second with I believe it was a teeny set of tweezers, then told me that some USB charging cords actually have two pieces on the end (charging part) plug of the cord, then there's the plug then over it which is the safety mechanism, a kind of coating I guess that locks the cord into the iPad, you know it's there when you hear that little click and the iPad locks into place. Anyway, I guess when I pulled out the cord recently the safety coating stayed locked in the iPad and the cord came out without it, which is why it was so loose and no other cord would go into the port. Isaac fixed it in no time, wiped down my screen even and was trying to get some spots off it but had no luck because I told him they were inside the glass, not out, because the bottom right corner of my iPad has a little bit of a gap from where the glue dried up and came off. He recommended I do send into Apple for that and I probably will at some point but not right now. But he did this and told me not even to worry about paying for it, it was so quick. I told him for my fee I will write a review and post it everywhere so here it is. 5 star service.

I searched my cat, asked my neighbors if maybe they were over there since I had stopped at their house for a few before going to my home and they weren't there, either. I called and asked Warren if he could look in the lot or by the registers and he said they weren't there, either. That was my last $7 and so I asked Warren if I could grab another pair and he laughed in my face and basically said that's my loss not his. Well, Warren, that's where you're wrong, because it is your loss. You don't have enough business out here in WML as it is, to where you can afford to be laughing in customers faces and making them feel like grifters, I fought for this country and am currently disabled because of it, I don't need to steal a $7 pair of freaking reading glasses. I'll be driving to town from now on, screw the fact that they're convenient because they know nothing of customer service. I have a nice long resume in retail management as well, Warren, and anyplace I have ever worked would've eaten the $7 to keep a customer happy. He notes this is a USB 3.0 cable which commands a premium on this 3 foot cable. Which will run me $15.99 for used. Really? Typically I would have bought it at this price new from a store but couldn't reward this place with my business based on this experience. Next place I went to was closed so I ordered it new from Amazon for 1/3 the cost.
