We went in on 10/28/25 to trade in our 2 iphone12s and pick up out 2 iohone 17 max pro. They never turned paperwork in crediting us for the trade ins. I have called a general number and they send messages for this business to call me back. I have never had a returned call. My husband has terminal cancer and I don't have the time or energy to go to town, wait for service, etc. and can't leave him alone. It was either an honest mistake or I was scammed. This store is always busy, but we went right at the opening time on Sept. 19, 2025 to purchase new phones and were greeted by Annette. She was awesome! Extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. She showed us different brands and models, and was current on knowing the differences in all. Once we made our choice, she worked diligently to set up our phones, update our current plans and explain anything we questioned. 4.2/5 stars. July 3,2019 We switched to Verizon around May 3, 2019 because T-Mobile has no service in town. Verizon is the carrier we hear has best service so we decided to give them a try. We were helped by a manager, Shane, who was on his last day at this store. He was great but, obviously, was running into his lunch time because wife and his cute little girl were waiting and, sometimes, his daughter crawling on his lap. We had to buy a new phone because my iPhone 7 Plus wouldn't work with their towers. He ended up making a mistake with my area code for one of my plans for replacement protective covers which wasn't a big deal and fixed perfectly by Diego today. We ordered a new jet pack which was driven in from Payson since they didn't have one in stock. Summer had to help make some corrections to my phone and did a wonderful job. We have had a horrible experience with the latest jet pack version 8800L. It hooks up and drops off many, many times in a minute. Nick helped us get with this problem. He took a long time to make sure we had something that would work. Malcolm worked hard to get it resolved. We were in the store 1 1/2 hours and still may have a problem.Unfortunately, we may have to come back. This is a Verizon manufacturing problem not the store issue. Nick was really great with us and would work with him again. I definitely would recommend Verizon and, especially, this store. Service is 5 stars with the exception of the original problem. My dad went to this store on 1/18/24 to get help with his phone and the representative he spoke with made changes to his plan without consent. My dad is in his 70s and went to the store to get help as he wasn't understanding a feature on his iPhone. After addressing the issue, the woman who helped him told him he could save money by removing Verizon cloud from his phone plan (this was unrelated to why he went in that day). I pay for my dad's phone on my phone plan. He told her he didn't own the plan and didn't want to make any changes. She insisted and made the changes, despite his opposition and obvious confusion. I live in a different state, and I received a notice on my phone after this happened stating certain free features (not just Verizon Cloud) were removed from all the phone lines and I would be charged for them now. In addition, my promotions were all removed and would have to pay more money for my devices! After talking with my dad and finding out what happened, I went to my local Verizon company store to fix it and they were shocked by all the changes Victra made on my plan. They could not correct it and I had to contact customer care the next day to reverse whatever this person at Victra did. Anyone reading this, please be wary of this location and the pushy, unprofessional, and I would say unethical, nature of their representatives! read more

Super slow or nonexistent customer service. My review is in reference to my visit about for five months ago that I just was reminded to write as I drove by again today. I popped in thinking about upgrading to the new iPhone and as I entered the store they told me they needed to take my name so that they could put me on the list. I was confused since there seem to be three employees and only two customers in the store. After waiting for nearly a half an hour and no one really paying any attention to me at all I just up and left and never came back to the store again. I'm not really sure what any of the staff there was doing but whatever it was didn't have much to do with taking care of customers that want to buy a $1000 cell phone. They want to tell me I have to wear a mask but it's very clear thru the windows that no one had a mask on until we walked in. I'll gladly order everything I want online from now on if this is how they treat their customers. I had my 16 month old with me and was even told she doesn't have to wear a mask but I do?! Excuse me? If my baby isn't wearing a mask neither am I! I don't see that as fair at all. Not only did you lose a huge sale, we were here for Apple watches and a gizmo watch for our son, but you also landed yourself another bad review for crappy customer service. To run around without a mask on while we were in the parking lot ( and had a customer in the store) then throw one on AFTER we walked in and tell us they are required for us is probably the dumbest thing I've heard during this whole pandemic. UPDATE.....I was to receive a $50 rebate with my purchase. Ended up the store filled out the paperwork improperly with incorrect information. This denied the rebate. It has been months of fighting to get this corrected. Many phone calls to the store but no results. Nothing but excuses! I even suggested just giving my Verizon account a credit if not able to get the rebate. I wonder .... do those rebates effect the stores totals? I tend to believe they do since now to never receive any credit that was offered to me. Caution; check all details before leaving the store. We recently went into the Go Wireless in Show Low AZ for assistance to replace my husband's phone. We were greeted and assigned to Trevor as our sales representative. What a nice young man! He took the time to actually listen to us and was able to fulfill our wishes with exactly what we wanted. He was able to answer all our questions about the different phones in question and calling plans. He also was able help us with our concerns during the process. I don't remember one item he did not have or find the answer to. He did have to order the phone of my husband's wishes but he had it delivered within just a few days and was dead on with his estimation on arrival to the store. He even took the time to call us to alert us that is had arrived and was available for us to pick it up. As we entered the store to do so; he recognized us immediately and got right to work with the transaction and setting the phone up so it was "instant use" for him. What an outstanding young man that gave us excellent customer service! We also met and discussed some things with Shane (the Store Manager) what we have experienced in our past shopping experiences at other competitors and how we were pleased with the experience that day within the store. He; as well was a very pleasant person to talk to. We did not feel rushed or as we were taking too long as sometimes happens it these types of situations. I believe there is a great atmosphere for the employees working from what we saw. In my lifetime, I realized attitudes good or bad stems from the top and I believe Shane is setting a great example for his work staff. We watched other reps with other customers and feel there is a good repoire within the store throughout the staff. We are very happy with our experience in the store. Go Wireless has gotten us as return customers. I have already stated I will be putting my name on the Wish List with Trevor for the Samsung Galaxy S7 when it is to be released next year. We have already been spreading the word verbally to all we know in the area. Nothing better than word of mouth advertisement. STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY!!! I wish I could give this store a negative star to convey my utter disgust for this stores horrendous service! I moved from Washington DC hoping to get a Iphone 6 (**BOUGHT FROM THE APPLE STORE UNLOCKED!!!!**) serviced with Verizon wireless and to purchase another Iphone 6 for myself. Due to the lack of coverage support other companies lack in the Show Low, Pinetop area I was forced to use this stores "services". To make the story short they refused service to an Iphone 6 bought from an Apple Store unlocked (FYI WHICH CAN BE USED ON VZW) because this was not a "Verizon phone CDMA phone" and "will never work on a Verizon Wireless". Needless to say they were wrong. I was forced to drive 4 hours to phoenix to have the same service done at another Verizon wireless store. In Phoenix the associate confirmed my research that stated the Iphone 6 is both CDMA & GSM would work with VZW. After 15 minutes of talking to associate in phoenix I had service on my original Iphone 6 and bought a new one. There only two possible scenarios for show low's gowireless VZW store either they are completely incompetent and unaware of how the iphone6 is different from the previous generations or liars because all they wanted was their commission (which would have been compromised since I had bought it directly from the Apple Store). Either way it doesn't excuse their behavior in which two of their associates had no problem talking down to me as if I came from planet mars. I stopped in today as I needed to change something on my plan and was not able to do it online, I needed to talk with a body. When I got there, there was a Coue and a gentleman ahead of me and all the sales people were busy, so I took a seat beside the gentleman, who had an injured foot. Two more men came in, then a lady, the man with the injured foot was being assisted by a young man who was helping two customers at once! Aaaahhh, I'm next! Dustin B, went directly to the lady! Mind you there were 3 people ahead of her! I have a very bad back, and by now am in AGONY!! When Dustin B was done I walked over to him and asked to see the manager, his reply, "I am the manager." So I told him what he did, he apologized, I asked my question, he shoved my phone back in my hand and said loudly " figure it out yourself!" I will never go there again, I am used to dealing with professionals who ask, who is next? This is not a Verizon store but a third party store, as Verizon said, "They received none of Verizons customer service training." My thought, it really shows. read more

I always order my phone upgrades straight from Verizon online. I just thought it was easier. Then my phone wouldn't power on today. So I stopped here to see if they could help me out. They confirmed my phone was shot. Then they offered to help me with an insurance claim or upgrade. I went home to think about it. (You know- look online before I committed to anything.) I went back to the store and asked them if they would match the online offer, which was REALLY good. "Of course," they said. So I was happy to be getting a new phone immediately without having to wait for shipping. But then they asked if I really wanted that phone that was offered online or if I might like another phone more. Because sometimes they have phones and offers that aren't online. (I thought everything was online!) So, I got a phone I liked more for the same great deal and I got it that same day, activated, with all my stuff transferred.
