4.2/5 stars. July 3,2019 We switched to Verizon around May…read more3, 2019 because T-Mobile has no service in town. Verizon is the carrier we hear has best service so we decided to give them a try. We were helped by a manager, Shane, who was on his last day at this store. He was great but, obviously, was running into his lunch time because wife and his cute little girl were waiting and, sometimes, his daughter crawling on his lap. We had to buy a new phone because my iPhone 7 Plus wouldn't work with their towers. He ended up making a mistake with my area code for one of my plans for replacement protective covers which wasn't a big deal and fixed perfectly by Diego today. We ordered a new jet pack which was driven in from Payson since they didn't have one in stock. Summer had to help make some corrections to my phone and did a wonderful job. We have had a horrible experience with the latest jet pack version 8800L. It hooks up and drops off many, many times in a minute. Nick helped us get with this problem. He took a long time to make sure we had something that would work. Malcolm worked hard to get it resolved. We were in the store 1 1/2 hours and still may have a problem.Unfortunately, we may have to come back. This is a Verizon manufacturing problem not the store issue. Nick was really great with us and would work with him again. I definitely would recommend Verizon and, especially, this store. Service is 5 stars with the exception of the original problem. If everything stays the same, we will be with them for a long time.

I'm pretty knowledgeable about my gadgets, I've had everything Apple has to offer from the IPod…read moreNano back in the day, IPod Touch and IPad, plus many Alexa gadgets and a Kindle Fire in there at one point as well, but I guess I learned something today myself. For the past few days I've only been able to fit one charging cord in my iPad as opposed to any of the 4-5 I have plugged in all the time, and the cord that did fit was really loose and would fall out if you didn't sit it just right and then was very spotty about it's charging. It would start, stop, start, stop, and so on and it occurred to me there might be something in the charging port. I was right. I do pay for Apple Care but didn't want to send my iPad away for a week or whatever so I looked up here on the mountain. I also didn't want to try it myself because if you screw up your USB port on a several hundred dollar gift from your girlfriend, you might not have a girlfriend for much longer- lol. I asked Isaac if he was Apple certified over the phone and he said yes, he in fact, was. I didn't actually think to verify it while there but that was because he fixed my iPad in about half a second with I believe it was a teeny set of tweezers, then told me that some USB charging cords actually have two pieces on the end (charging part) plug of the cord, then there's the plug then over it which is the safety mechanism, a kind of coating I guess that locks the cord into the iPad, you know it's there when you hear that little click and the iPad locks into place. Anyway, I guess when I pulled out the cord recently the safety coating stayed locked in the iPad and the cord came out without it, which is why it was so loose and no other cord would go into the port. Isaac fixed it in no time, wiped down my screen even and was trying to get some spots off it but had no luck because I told him they were inside the glass, not out, because the bottom right corner of my iPad has a little bit of a gap from where the glue dried up and came off. He recommended I do send into Apple for that and I probably will at some point but not right now. But he did this and told me not even to worry about paying for it, it was so quick. I told him for my fee I will write a review and post it everywhere so here it is. 5 star service.

There is an older gentlemen was nice and honest with the product they sell but they need to do a…read moreprice match or competitive prices with other business. On the other hands, there is an lady who didn't seem friendly or want your business. She was kind of rude that its have a negative atmosphere there. I can see they don't have a lot of business like it dying slowing. She needs to work on her commutation and her attitude to bring customers wanted to come back. They have to think about their customers because it them that keep them alive.
