Our technician Brian arrived early and investigated the situation. We had coax throughout the house and he was able to get internet flowing from the basement to the 2nd floor. I thought the problem was solved but we had some issues with the first floor so he CAME BACK and solved the issue with the first floor too, no questions asked. This was more than a value.
