    This is the worst office in the whole company. THE EMPLOYEES are rude and obnoxious. They sold…read morema a mobile phone with no Sims card .Which is a electronic brick and refuse to help mevwith it theuly have been charging me a regular maintenance fee and refuse to take it back. Talking to their home office is no help either . I strongly recommend you don't do any business with Spectrum.

Yesterday i set up an account for internet and mobile over the phone with a nice lady and and everything went smooth as could be. She's not the issue. I did make sure to ask her if i go to a spectrum location today I'll be able to get a phone as well although my internet isn't installed yet, she said , yes absolutely. BUDDDDDY , I drove 50 min to the Inverness super excited to grab my s26 ultra and got to the store 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO THEM CLOSING. The rude, mentally challenged guy that everyone keeps mentioning on here with a soulless face, with no empathy , and no apologies in his tonality said nope we can't get you A NEW LINE SET UP BECAUSE WE ARE ABOUT TO CLose. I remained calm like I usually am( it takes a lot for me to get upset with anyone) I continued to tell him the importance of me getting a phone today, and that the lady on the phone said that I for sure could get it set up today since I stated my account and you guys def are not closed . I'm looking at the website and we still have plenty of time for you to make a sale. This guy was trying to act so "tough" in front of the girl that was just standing there listening to everything and continued to say I'm not selling you a phone and I'm Not staying past closing time. I again sad buddy yall aren't closed, and all this talking your doing I could have been half way done with the whole transaction right now, plus your in sales and you get commission for opening a new line , don't you want that ? Again staying calm. James or Joey or whatever the heck his name is then THREATENED TO CALL THE COPS on me for trying to buy the most expensive phone they have at that store . I said I wish you would, actually call your boss let's see what he says about this . Or I can call the cops for you because you guys are open and I'm here to open an account and you're a business and can't refuse a customer cause your lazy.. I then asked him multiple times to call his boss and he refused so I said so it's either gonna be you call your boss or you call the cops. asked him to call the cops and he just had this look at this look of disbelief as if I was going back down? He even stepped towards me as if he was going to try and scare me or something. I'm 6"2 250 , trust me that would have been a mistake . I called him a horrible person and told Him he doesn't care about purple and they sometimes in like at a sales job , you have to stay a little longer the you want to. (I've been in car sales at Deluca Toyota for 7 years and we would stay past midnight sometimes although we closed at 8" I didn't kind though cause it's about the customer experience And repeat business and representing your company the right way. So we went back-and-forth he just had his arms crossed to sucking his teeth and trying to show out in front of this chick, and the chick definitely was on my side, but she wouldn't open her mouth so anyways finally I'm there long enough for the store to actually be closed. That's when he then mentioned oh I can't even use my system anymore. The store is now closed and then said here. I'll call the cops now.. I literally laughed out loud and I said I can't wait to see you tomorrow. I will be back here and I will be getting a phone and trust me. I can't wait to see you buddy. anybody that wants a good laugh at the situation that's about to go down. Please come through at the Inverness spectrum at around noon when they open.. if they don't fire this guy in front of me, I will cancel my brand new service right after I get that phone. I'll get the phone. Make sure he gets fired. If he doesn't I'm keeping the phone and I'm dipping. SO FREAKING EXCITED . This guy has to go.

    I have been here many times over the years, and my latest experience was as good as my previous…read morevisits. The staff are so friendly and seem genuinely interested in assisting you and fixing whatever issue you may have. This visit, I needed the back of my iPhone 16 replaced, so I booked an appointment for the Genius Bar and arrived a few minutes before. I was immediately greeted, they took my info, and sat me at a table. A few minutes later, another staff member arrived and went over what was going to happen. My phone was whisked away, and I sat and took in the atmosphere. They were giving classes on the main screen, which I found very interesting, and I learned things I never knew about my MacBook! About 90 minutes later, my representative arrived with my iPhone as good as new. I paid, thanked the staff, and walked out, happy as a clam! I love the Apple Store!

    NEVER EVER GO TO THIS STORE! It's being run by rude…read moreemployees who won't help and leave you within 5 minutes.. I was supposed to be there for 20 minutes but I ended up staying for 4 long hours.. I even had an appointment but they said because I was ten minutes late that they dropped me. Then they finally gave me a woman who spent 5 minutes and left. I saw her next to me talking to 3 other employees about an issue a black woman had at my table ( btw , the manager was black and not friendly ) then I complained because no one was helping me, they finally gave me a guy who spent 3 minutes and left, complained, sent me another guy who spent 4 minutes and left, on and on.. it was chaos.. I had a two year old IPad that I had bought there and after an hour and a half of them trying to fix it, ( a woman who stayed with me finally ) she decided it did not work the screen went black again..she said too bad, you didn't but Apple insurance we can't help you.. I ended up having to buy a new IPad, than you very much .. I was so exhausted the next day I missed a doctor's appointment! I WILL NEVER YO TO THAT STORE!! Last year that store was running well.. this year it was a bloody mess!

    I never leave reviews. Nice enough people...went there as a specific choice to buy local rather…read morethan go to the Assurion affiliated behemoth. It may have been a mistake. I'm 57 and never had to replace a screen. I dropped my phone, screen broke...had to do it. Such is life. They fixed it, more expensive than the franchise place but it was my choice...all good. 11 days later my screen is cracked...I didn't drop it, didn't put the phone in any condition or environment that was in any way out of the ordinary....genuinely...on my kids...no lie. Just as it was before being fixed, my phone resides on an Otter box. I am at a friend's house...I set my phone down...pick it up an hour or so later and it's cracked. Does something rub up against it? Probably...maybe. Can't be sure. But there was zero stress put on the back or front of the phone. It was in my pocket, in the car and in this person's house. When I came back and explained my situation, the best they could do was instead of paying the $188 I paid originally, I paid $150. On the one hand, I get it. The warranty not covering physical damage makes sense. People are nuts, people are irresponsible, etc. But I got zero vibe, feeling, sense that my take mattered. I didn't ask for it but was thinking...if I'm the business owner, maybe I throw in a scree protector at not charge. A minimal...coupla bucks investment in a customer that says on some small way...we get it...you just paid $188 for a replacement and 10 days later...inexplicably you're paying another $150....so...as a basic gesture of goodwill...here's the bare fu***ing minimum we can do to display some level of service...and nope. Just a transaction. Gimme a GD reason to pay more to shop local next time. Your shortsightedness cost you not just a customer but probably 8-10 customers if basic marketing principles hold. Shop local - please...for everything you can. Your dollar, when spent locally serves the business and your community 10x vs what comes from shopping at a chain. However...if you need a mobile phone repaired...there is no benefit to shopping local. Why? Because they know they have you. They know you are captive to your phone. Really. They're right. We are. No argument. Go to the behemoth. Go to the chain if you need your phone fixed. These guys are no better. They know you will do whatever to get your phone back. They clearly use inferior quality product. And I feel for them on some level...they are competing against massive volume that prices them out for many folks. Well, this is the rare occasion where the local place lost me. I won't say "don't shop here", etc...cause maybe my experience is just a one-off. And...also...F them. They had a shot at being decent and failed.
