I visited this store in May and was told that if I purchased an I Phone I would get a free I Pad…read more So I bought 2. My bill arrived and surprise, I was being charged for them and locked into a 36 month contract, the store personnel also told me that Verizon would waive the activation fees which Verizon would not. I had 2 hours of discussions on the phone yesterday with corporate and was told to take the I Pads back to this store and they would accept the return, which this morning they told me no way they would take them back. Now I am back on with corporate wasting more time because what I was told did not match what actually happened. Some people would call that a lie. Avoid this store if you want my opinion and Verizon for that matter. I am an 8 year customer with multiple lines and they treat you like you are stupid. You've been warned.

I don't even know where to begin.. I can't thank Peter enough…read more My whole business is on my phone. It's basically my life. Out of no where it stopped working.. I reached out to Peter and explained what had happened and he immediately calmed me down and said "We can figure this out, its not a problem at all. Come in as soon as you can and I will take care of you." That's exactly what he did. Not only did I get a new phone, durable case and life time glass screen protector. He also saved me money on my monthly bill. Usually when I go into places like this they hassle me to buy and add more and are never up front from the start. It's ALWAYS a headache.. Except this time was above and beyond the exact opposite. Peter was INCREDIBLE!! I will be sending everyone his way one million percent!! I seriously can't thank you enough, Peter!!

Customer Service Is a Joke at Lumber Liquidators…read more If you're looking for a place where employees act like helping customers is a burden, congratulations -- you've found it! I made a return three weeks ago, and the store manager, Justin, assured me the refund would show in two days. Three weeks later -- after multiple store visits and countless phone calls -- I finally got my refund... minus a restocking fee. The cherry on top? Justin told me I was "being difficult." Really? After I had to chase down my own refund for weeks, I think patience was the only thing I didn't run out of. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, but between the lack of communication, careless service, and the "that's just the way it is" attitude, it's clear customer experience doesn't exist here. For a company that promotes quality and reliability, their service is shockingly unprofessional. Management clearly needs serious training in accountability and customer care. I won't be returning -- and I strongly recommend taking your business somewhere that actually values its customers.

The girl was very knowledgeable and was helping us when someone else came. She excused herself to help them, which was OK as we were looking, but then as more people started coming in the store, she was not coming back to help us.. at the point where there were four other customers besides us in the store, my husband asked her to come back and help us and with an attitude she said that there were other people in the store to help. We told her that we were there first and her reply was well. I can't ignore everyone else.. we replied well you're ignoring us and we were here first at that point she told us to get out of the store and to come back when someone else was there. I don't see any situation where that would be acceptable for an employee to tell customers to get out of the store.. we will be contacting corporate
