We looked it up online prior to going in and saw that it would cost $199.99 [I had also upgraded my device at the same price just days prior]. When we got to the store the clerk told us it would cost $249.99. We disputed this price, they showed us a screen and did little to try and resolve the issue for us, taking the stance of "it is what it says it is [on the screen]." Needless to say, we left the store and just went through ordering the new phone online....at $199.99 At worst, they were trying to charge extra fees to pad their own back pocket, at best they were inept and couldn't figure out how to get the proper price. Either way, I'd avoid this store and just do your business online or go to a REAL Verizon store.
