They completely screwed up my business account trade-ins and monthly billing dollar amounts. Have spent 4 months trying to get it fixed.

Everytime i come because i can't figure something online they say i gotta go with customer service . They never want to do their job even though it's in their job description. This is the only verizon i ever have issues with . I would go to another verizon if i didnt live far from the next verizon . I don't recommend this place to anyone. Horrible service ! read more

My husband's phone crashed. The store rep said it could not be restored. My husband and I are senior citizens. Phone rep/salespeople need to be trained to explain phones and plans to senior citizens and what kind of options are available for new purchases. This young (and I stress young) man said we could take the phone somewhere where they might be able to fix it. He said my husband's only option for another phone would raise his phone bill significantly. He was not interested in helping us. The manager sitting nearby finally got involved! When he finished, my husband was able to make a new phone purchase with his bill $10.00 lower than it currently is now. Had the manager not been involved, we would have been driving to a competitor. The reason I'm really writing the review is that that "young man" said the charger was in the box when he handed us the phone bag. THERE WAS A CORD ONLY! He failed to make sure we had the correct charger box at home to plug the cord into!!! Now we have to make another (unnecessary) trip. Are there no service people, yes, I'm going to stress young...service people (only my generation will appreciate it), who are conscientious and thorough anymore? We were already annoyed when we left today at how we were treated. They will get an earful when we return tomorrow. read more

A guy named Blake was helping a lady who needed more help with the watch she was buying. He said he could spend hours trying to teach her but he doesn't have time. I walked over there and said maybe I can help. She was so grateful. He started changing MY plan and selling a new phone to my son without asking me about anything. When I asked about anything he treated me like I was an annoying child. I would and did tell the other customers to go to the Prosper location. This guy Blake at the Sherman location needs to go. I had to give 1 star because there is nothing lower. Very dissatisfied with his customer service. read more

Today marks the 5th time we have gone to this store in the past year. Before going in I commented to my wife "I bet they tell us to use the website or call some number". Well I should have wagered a million dollars cause once again without fail this store passed the buck onto someone else. Seriously everytime we go into this store they tell us to either use the website, call a number or one time even said "if you go to Best Buy they have a way better deal than we can give you". This is the only Verizon store that has ever done this to us. We have always gotten amazing service and felt like valued customers until we moved here. It's as if they don't want to be bothered with doing their jobs. I hope Verizon doesn't pay them much cause they sure don't do their jobs. read more

I only gave this one star because I had to rate it to send this review. The employees at this location have horrible customer service. My wife came in to upgrade her phone. No one greeted her or asked if she needed any help. When we finally were acknowledged we spoke to them about a upgrade on her phone. Was a older phone. And she didn't want to have a 8. She was happy to get the iPhone 7. To which the employees made snide rude comments to each other about her not wanting to get the latest and greatest. I will not ever return to this location and I Truly hope that corporate reads these reviews of this location and uses it to teach how not to treat a customer. read more

Shady business practices. I traded in my phone during the 13Pro on us deal, when I went they were out of the 13Pro which was understandable. We did the deal & I was to send in my old phone when my new one was to arrive in a couple of weeks for the promotional trade credit of $400. My new phone actually came in 9 days which was a pleasant surprise! I then sent in my old phone. A month later my account was credited $30 for my trade! I contacted customer service immediately & thought the mistake would be corrected. Customer service told me that promotion was over, which was NOT told to me in the store! That same promotion then ran for another 4 months on a national commercial! Every month I'd contact them about the promotion that apparently ended for me, but was still being ran throughout the country. They explained that those promotions actually end every month, so after waiting for my phone to come in & then sending my trade in (a span of about 2 weeks) they were able to get out of holding up their end of the "bargain" so now, my phone bill has gone from the $110 a month I agreed to, to over $130 because they were able to cut me out of $370 of my trade value. Shady business practices & a wholly dishonest company. Once another company offers a "pay off your phone to switch " Verizon will lose a 10+ year customer! Ask all of the loophole questions & get it in writing when doing ANYTHING with these crooks read more

Went in to get new Iphone, since old one was having issues. Instead of setting up our Iphone, they sent us on our way to do it ourselves. Ended up still needing to call Verizon on the phone to get the phone activated, using the website wouldn't work. And on top of that, the store member told us that our old Iphone can be taken to any Verizon store for rebate (because we didn't hand over Iphone that day). She was wrong, we tried to return old Iphone at another location, and they said nope, you need to go back to Sherman. read more

I went in to upgrade my phone and John G. Was very helpful. When my new phones came in I took them up to Verizon here in Sherman Tx. and again John was very helpful. He set up the new phone which I would have had no clue how to do it and transferred everything over for us on both mine and my wife's new phones. It took him over an hour and he was pleasant and VERY PROFESSIONAL the entire time. The next time I went in was his day off but the people didn't mind helping me at all. Aweful aweful aweful service. I have been in the store 4 times. The first two times no one greeted me or even attempted to help me, even after I waited about 20 minutes. The 3rd time I was helped after about 15 minutes but she was not helpful and rude. And today when I went in with my husband we were almost immediately checked in. The lady who checked is in said there was one person she was helping then she would be right with us. 30 minutes later I couldn't even find the woman! read more
