    They completely screwed up my business account trade-ins and monthly billing dollar amounts. Have spent 4 months trying to get it fixed.

    I want to give a huge thank you to Sam Leeder from the support team at @TMobile. After weeks of…read moretrying to resolve an issue with our devices, Sam went completely above and beyond to help us today. In less than 30 minutes she was able to get everything figured out and helped us order replacement devices. She took the time to listen to our concerns, understood how important it is for our family to stay connected, and made sure we had a clear plan moving forward. Sam also made sure credits were applied to help with our bill and is even following up with us to make sure everything works the way it should once the new devices arrive. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about helping customers the way Sam did. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a stressful situation so much easier. Thank you again, Sam, for going above and beyond for our family!

    I would like to thank David & Mark for going above & beyond to rectify a situation for me. I had…read moregone to a different Tmobile store to add a watch line to my phone number. After a lot of headache I came out of that store with a new phone plan and watch on both mine and my husband's phones. I had been told I couldn't get a watch without changing plans and that getting 2 watches would result in only an additional $10 charge to my current bill. I was not sure all this could be correct and went to Sherman the next day. I am so thankful that I did!! David explained that I could get the watch line on my current plan (where I am grandfathered) and did NOT need to change plans. He canceled the new plan change for me. Of course, the monthly fee per watch wojld be more than $5 per line (as I suspected). David needed to leave and set us up with Mark to ginish up. Mark got my husband's watch returned and checked with store manager to wave the restocking fee due to us being mishandled by the previous store. I thank both David and Mark greatly for helping us!
