She got my bill down to around $140 a month--with no changes to my service!! Same great internet, HUGE savings. I honestly couldn't believe it. Cathy was so helpful, easy to work with, and actually looked for what made the most sense for my business instead of trying to sell me something I didn't need. Sparklight has been horrible to deal with. You would think being in a regional manager position you would at the very least answer emails and customers concerns. We paid appropriately $300 month for 5 years for shoddy service all this is documented I told Sparklight I would absolve them of any future for a 3 month credit they are afraid to respond and set a precedent as they know we are not the only customer that's being treated unfairly. We called them back and they tried a couple of different antennas finally getting some reception. We were told by the owner that if we wanted it better, we'd have to give them more money and if we didn't like their service they'd come pull down their equipment. He said that antenna installation wasn't their main business and they were only doing this for their DISH customers which we weren't. We still have so-so reception from KTEN because their installers aimed the antenna into a neighboring tree. I will have to fix this myself just like I should have installed my own antenna. Don't deal with these rip-off artists.

I submitted a resume for a warehouse position they had posted in August of 2021. I received an email stating they had received the resume and would review it in the near future. I never heard back after weeks of waiting. It so happens that the period of Nov 30 thru Dec 2 I noticed they had another, different warehouse opening posted that was worded the same as the one in the summer months for the same city location as before, that is in the small city where I live. Once more, I emailed the office there to see if my resume would be considered for the opening. I have yet to hear from Ms. Morales. I will state here that my resume contained excellent, verifiable, references that qualifies me for consideration for the posting. However, if one does the "math" with the pertinent date(s) stipulated in the resume, one can deduce that I am a "senior" citizen in age; but, I am physically & mentally fit, and meet the requirements listed in the posting(s). Ironically, I have visited the office in person on 3 separate days at various hours, and the front door was locked and it appeared the office was not open during business hours. I have never seen a business operated in such a non-professional manner where the agents have never responded to possible clients. While searching the employment horizon, if a company stipulates they are using this particular agency, I will immediately withdraw my efforts to connect with them by using the agency named herein. Such a great disappointment, so un-business like, and offensive.
