We called them back and they tried a couple of different antennas finally getting some reception. We were told by the owner that if we wanted it better, we'd have to give them more money and if we didn't like their service they'd come pull down their equipment. He said that antenna installation wasn't their main business and they were only doing this for their DISH customers which we weren't. We still have so-so reception from KTEN because their installers aimed the antenna into a neighboring tree. I will have to fix this myself just like I should have installed my own antenna. Too bad Jackie doesn't exist and there is no information on how to PM anyone for actual assistance. $500+ a month for services is beyond ridiculous and you only get bots to "assist" in answering questions regarding the $500 bill and why $280 of it is all fees.
