I have had Verizon for many years and get service wherever I go. But at home in saugerties I can barely get a web site. My friends all have cheaper networks and connect just fine. With their prices, I am disgusted with the cell service. Nice people but if you have a $1000 phone, you expect better reception than what Verizon provides! I've finally had it, changing networks. The staff was friendly and helpful. My charging port on my IPhone 6 died and I had the bring it in for warranty claim. After they determined it could not be fixed they called Verizon warranty services and my new phone arrived at my house the next day. I brought it in and get it restored and running. The staff member even gave me a loaner flip phone (his own) to borrow until I got my new phone in (the next day) This location is also a lot less busy than the Kingston store. If you want to upgrade or get a new phone with quick service check this location out. I had a surprisingly good experience here. read more

I was upgraded to a Smartphone..This nice young man named Ryan Brown, was very knowledgeable about the phone, patient and kind explaining the proper way to use the phone.. He checked up on me after a few days to see how I was doing with the phone..I stopped by the store for additional knowledge and he was so helpful..
