On a recommendation, I called Greenhill Communications for a second estimate. Joe from Greenhill (owner) was very friendly, professional, and knows his stuff. Even more impressive was his integrity. He stopped by within 2 days and after looking at our phone system (which is only 8 years old) he suggested that we start by replacing a few of the phones that were problematic, not the entire system (phones, control board, etc). Phones were ordered, installed and are working like a charm. Saved well over $3,000. I highly recommend Greenhill Communications. You won't get ripped off.

A terrible experience. Be careful. The salesperson is extremely dishonest. He is the reason I want…read moreto switch phone providers. He brings shame on the company! Inflates prices. He sold me a phone at three times the actual price, gave a fake receipt 10 days later I made a purchase; he accused me of losing it. He cheats customers with impunity, making fools of people. I had gone in to trade in my old phone because of its limited storage. He never explained why he didn't return my functional phone--which I had bought just two years ago--claiming instead that he had thrown it away. We were not warned that, according to company policy, this model was ineligible for return or exchange. We lost our money. The company did not take any action against this seller. If I had a receipt and all explanations why that guy did what he did, I would not write this review.
