The one good thing is we didn't have to pay for a box (as long as you get the smallest box), as long as you have proof of residency! The workers in their are super friendly and helpful when we came in! The only negative I have is there were no after hour access like other post offices have sometimes for box holders. It was an inconvenience at times and many times we were only to get mail on Saturdays! That's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars
