With our initial conversation she helped me to realize the actions and thoughts that linked together to create tension and blocked energy in my body. From there she then provided me with one of the most unforgettable massages I've ever experienced. She started off with aromatherapy as I layed on the this pre-warmed cozy massage table. The tranquil music that played in the background placed me at ease in an instance. She then provided me with the most relaxing massage I've had, that I even slightly dosed off.
