My phone is 5 years old and the phone no longer holds a charge for the entire day. Now that we are…read moremore dependent on our phones that ever, it's imperative you have a device with enough juice to get you though at least 8 hours before going into low power mode. Doing research, I found shops online that you could mail your phone to and they had the best pricing. My problem with that, was being without my phone for 7-10 days. When I started looking around on yelp, many shops had great reviews, but their prices were ridiculous. You can buy a battery for $25 on eBay or Amazon, it's a 30-minute service, So anyone charging you 3 figures is ripping you off. Especially when you consider as a business, you probably buy batteries by the dozen and probably pay closer to $15 each. Service took 45 minutes, cost me $80. I didn't have to mail anything or go without my phone for a week. Honestly, I only have one knock for these guys, they don't appear to want you in the store. I would have much rather liked to take a seat and wait for my device than be booted and asked to come back in 40 minutes. Funny enough, I had just grabbed a bite, had I known I couldn't wait, I would have dropped the phone first then grabbed my bite to pass the time. Either way, they get 5 stars. The price and service were as close to flawless as you can expect.

I paid for them to run diagnostics to see what the matter was & heard back from them the next day that it was actually the laptop charger. I ordered one via amazon & i was back up & running in no time. Highly recommend them, they're quick and reasonable with great communication (they submit an email to you with a link to monitor and reply or ask questions from them). The management team here at this Target (Renton) needs to be improved. Here's how and why:…read more May 27,2026. I placed my order through the Target app the night before and selected curbside pickup for today around noon. Before arriving, I properly used the app to notify the store that I was on my way, as instructed. I arrived within approximately 10 minutes and parked in the designated curbside pickup area. I then waited more than 15 minutes without any communication, update, or assistance from staff. During this time, I observed numerous other vehicles arrive after me, receive their orders, and leave, while my order was completely ignored. Concerned that there may have been an issue, I called the store for assistance. Unfortunately, the employee who answered the phone was dismissive, rude, and unprofessional. Instead of apologizing, checking the status of my order, or attempting to help, he responded with: "Why don't you just go inside and get your stuff?" That response completely defeats the purpose of offering curbside pickup and reflects extremely poor customer service. At no point did anyone acknowledge the delay, provide an explanation, or make any effort to correct the situation. I understand that stores become busy and delays can occur. However, customers should still be treated with courtesy, professionalism, and basic respect. What made this experience especially disappointing was not just the wait itself, but the lack of accountability and the rude attitude displayed when I attempted to seek assistance. This experience left me frustrated enough to leave without receiving my order. I believe the employees responsible for curbside fulfillment and customer service at this location need better training in communication, professionalism, and customer care. * Addition Concern Regarding Incorrect Pickup Confirmation. To make matters even more concerning, after I left the store without receiving my order, I later received an email from Target at 12:11 PM indicating that my order had been marked as "picked up" at the Renton location. This information is inaccurate. I did not receive my order, nor did I authorize any individual to collect it on my behalf. I left the store dissatisfied after waiting without assistance and after experiencing unprofessional treatment from the employee with whom I spoke by phone. Receiving an incorrect pickup confirmation raises significant concerns regarding order handling, verification procedures, and accountability at this location. ** Customers should be able to rely on Target's pickup system to accurately reflect whether an order has in fact been received by the intended customer.
