No one ever answered at any location, any department I decided to go to the Renton Landing since no one answered the phone. Needless to say I didn't find what I was looking for. I went to Customer Service and the Lady who helped me did tell me they are under staffed but not hiring, smh. She also found the item I was looking for and what location I could buy it at since no one answers the phone, ever. It had been a bit since I updated so I figured I should do so. Target is still a mess. Disorganized, confused, and hopefully you never need assistance because you won't find it here. More and more product finds itself in locked cabinets and the product that typically is locked it apparently unattended with the doors wide open. This isn't a gotcha photo - they aren't here. Just wide open. It is convenient but crowded. The selection is what is appealing. They have a wide variety of items and most often than not the shelves are stocked. Their grocery selection is less than a grocery store but more than a 7-11. Don't come here for ice cream. You will be disappointed as the selection is light and that is often out of stock. The pharmacy is my big draw. They are helpful and prompt. They break for lunch so it is good to know when that is. Otherwise it is fine but not somewhere I would encourage people to go. read more

I absolutely love Target and the location that it's in, but the bathrooms are absolutely horrendous. About 40 billion dollar company and their bathrooms look like that in every location..? Good god. Even random gas station honey buckets feel safer and cleaner to go in. I walked in and there's a box fan going in the bathroom just circulating the nasty smell and nasty particles everywhere and the toilet paper dispenser is gone and there's blood on the toilet seats, paint splattered everywhere, poop smears like... do yall really wanna save money that bad and not hire maintenance?? I know how retail works and I know greed but damn at least care about your damn customers that bring in the money.. I already look bad saying all this but seriously, get it together! read more

Targets in the Seattle metro have gone so far downhill compared to what they used to be. Every time I go to this Renton location and the Kent location, there are the following problems, ALWAYS (why have I continued to shop here??): 1. Wrong items shelved at the wrong price tags. 2. EXPIRED food items still on shelves (CHECK DATES ON FOOD!!) 3. Products *were* on sale and are not anymore still have the sale price tags so you end up paying more than you thought you would because you aren't getting that sale advertised 4. Regular price tags are outdated and prices have gone up. 5. Products are not being rotated 6. Damaged products and packaging still on shelves 7. Messy stores 8. Many store department restock workers aren't doing their jobs and don't care at all 9. Make sure you aren't DOUBLE-CHARGED for items mistakenly scanned twice by the cashier 10. Many empty spots on shelves CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS and ideally watch the prices when scanning at check out. Think retail theft is the only problem?? These local Targets are STEALING MONEY FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS by mis-advertising prices in store. You often don't realize until you get all the way home that you've been overcharged. Even if it's just a couple dollars here and there, that definitely adds up over time and through a LOT of customers!! And these Targets are going to make someone sick from expired food goods! Come on, local Targets (I can't speak to other regions or states).... Get your teams to have meetings to focus on work motivation and quality, hire QA staff to roam and check your inventory, pricing accuracy, and presentation in every department, and get your act together! read more

I ordered a 4.4CU Mini fridge on the Target website because it had a discount, but only if you ordered it online and picked it up. I had placed the order to pick up the item in West Seattle (The site said they had three in stock.), but almost three hours later I got an email telling me that was wrong and I'd have to pick a different store or cancel the order. So I decided that I'd try Renton. Amazingly, I got an email an hour later that I could go pick up the item. I don't like the Renton Target mostly because it's farther away and that's a waste of gas, but also because that parking lot is bedlam. Once I got into the store, I had to wait at the pickup counter an inordinate amount of time while there was only one person there and she was on the phone. Then one of their people put the fridge I was picking up sideways on the cart, rather than taking it out on the flatbed cart for me. (I would have just taken it myself if I had any notion the joker was going to pull that maneuver.) So now it can't be used for 24 hours until the refrigerant settles. It can damage the fridge. So I put in the order, waited for hours (More than the two quoted on the site) then got an email saying it was out of stock, waited an hour and went to Renton instead. Then this guy upended the device so I have to wait to use it. So that was a waste of gas, time, and my stress. I'd say next time just skip to the end and punch me in the face or something, but there won't be a next time. read more

This target is larger and better organized than the factoria target. I was there at closing last night and i left my phone on the shopping cart after packing up. Came home and then started tearing up the house and car, calling my phone. Realized it was on the cart. Drove back to target and some young kid off work probably tired or ready to go out stayed extra 20 min to get a hold of someone still working. Got my phone back and felt appreciative. Wish I got the kids name or the manager. Very helpful! Good job target read more

You'd be amazingly lucky if someone came to open one of the locked cases. Waited 20 minutes for someone to open the case for the acetaminophen while I was waiting on the nearly as slow pharmacy that my insurance requires I go to. Eventually got my prescription and just went to a nearby Safeway for the acetaminophen (tylenol.) read more

Ive always ordered drive up pick up and today is the only time ive ever waited more than 20mins. I literally got here first and every other car who came after me has gotten their orders before I did and my order has been ready since last night! I always enjoy my experiences shopping in Target. Things are easy to find because of signage and the store feels organized by common sense. Like all the target stores it's a really good place for do all kind of shopping. All Safety guidelines are being practised as far as I could see signage on front door stating masks are required, wiping of shopping carts, hand sanitizer easily available, 6' signs on floor, employees masked. During the pandemic I also have made use of the Drive-Up option and it is great! Target doesn't always have the best produce, so for those items I tend to shop elsewhere. Great service. Friendly associates that went the extra mile to answer my questions and help me make the perfect selection of what I was looking for. It was a pleasant shopping experience all around. read more

We were somewhat difficult trying to figure out the payments and separating items and he was also so patient and gave some recommendations. I LOVE target, spend so much money and time in their stores & app but this one sucks! Their customer service is trash and a lot of their POS devices are broken. Have worked with their CX several times to do exchanges-returns and have had to escalate to a manager several times who also gives equally horrible customer service. It is insane to me how people with low star (bad) reviews will complain about their own incompetency.. this store is run by teenagers who are learning and gaining experience. The store is mostly locked up because of the insane amount of theft and unfortunately due to state laws, security/asset protection aren't allowed to take action unless it's over a certain threshold. Some days the store has less employees on shift and some days the store has more employees on shift. Learn to be patient and act like an actual adult. I highly suggest everyone try going to any other target and see if its even CLOSE to being as good as this one as it is already.. go to a Seattle target and you'll find out why their stores are closing. "Disorganized", "staffing issues", and "long check out lines", well no f*cking sh*t you decided to go to a busy store in a popular outlet on an afternoon Fri - Sat - Sun.. please learn to be more respectful. You have absolutely no right to criticize unless you have worked in a customer service field for at LEAST a year once in your life. DON'T SHOP HERE IF YOU ARE DISABLED. they now only have ONE motorized cart, which is usually being used or not charged up. Without a motorized cart, I cannot shop here and must turn around and leave. I have 1 complaint about Target..ALL Targets so not just specifically this one. Why...help me understand why they can't afford seat protectors? They do realize it would be cheaper than all the toilet paper I use to cover the seat right? Every time I go into any Target bathroom there is doodoo on the seats! Then you see a sign off sheet showing signatures and times that the bathroom was supposedly cleaned. You can tell a lot about a company by the way that they treat their customers...apparently we don't deserve seat protectors! I'm just sayin while it's not Target's fault that people are gross...it is their fault that they don't offer us a way to protect ourselves from the grossness of others! After all, Walmart bathrooms are like stadiums but, they do offer seat protectors! I love Target...just asking for proper bathrooms. read more

This is always my preferred Target to shop at! The employees here are friendly and are always willing to help out, and the store itself always seems to be clean. The store has great lighting compared to other Targets, and usually has what I'm looking for with plenty in stock. Check lanes are always fast and I've yet to see a long line. Oh and the parking lot is HUGE. There's no way you can't find parking here. Will continue to shop at this Target for a very long time. read more

This target is conveniently located in the Renton landing, had great parking and proximity to other businesses, but most of all AWESOME hours! I have to shop late a lot, and they are open until midnight. It's never sketchy, and the place is well take care of. The other thing I like about this place is that even though hey have a Starbucks, they also have he target cafe.' That's great because I love hotdogs and slush, which Starbucks does not offer. It's rare for me to review a store, but I thought it'd be worth a few minutes to mention how awesome the customer service is here! I've had several standout experiences within the last year of coming here regularly (after moving close by) such as employees offering to help carry out a mirror I picked up two minutes before the store closed, checking cameras when my cart went missing, or sweeping up a broken vase I knocked over without making me feel even more miserable about it. It's really the constant, regular friendly employees that I truly appreciate when shopping here! Also, I love the store overall - love the variety of basic groceries, household items, holiday items, dollar deals, etc. and love how there's random markdowns, price scanners, and coupons! Parking here is alright, but it's as with all Targets - busy because it's consistently a great store :) read more

I love target and there store is always clean . The customer service at the customer service center is what knocked them off a point . There is a younger woman who works there with black curly hair and she's externally rude . Also some attendants roaming the floor in different departments are in a hurry or rude as well. I come into target just about 3 times a week spending my money and I think I should be treated better. Another thing is I wish they had a better produce section. It's always empty and sometimes when I come in for products on the app it will say that it's in sock and it won't be when I get I get there . I ask a associate and they don't even assist on looking for the item . Hopefully others experience better customer service experience than I do. read more

Its my coping skill =D I love to come here when its early morning or on my day off during the weekday --- grab a cart and walk aimlessly down the aisle putting in objects of my desire. And then, when I'm making that last turn resorting and usually unloading most after I tell myself 'do I really need this, or want this?'. One of my favorite stores in town, it's well organized, bright and clean. Compared to Walmart this is Harrod's, you can always count on low prices, besides their weekly discounts, they also offer cash back in the form of Target Gift Card for a number of ites, and if you have a RedCard there is an additional 5% discount on just about everything. read more

Basically what it boils down to is.... I loathe shopping because I don't like shoppers. Shoppers are oblivious. Either that, or they are just plain rude. Usually, they are just oblivious. In smaller stores you are forced to play bumper cars with your fellow man in the isles. BUT in this "oh so beautiful" Target they have given you enough room to allow two carts to pass by one another, so gracefully. No knuckles getting bruised or scraped here! And in the main thoroughfare, if there's someone going stupid slow, there's even enough room to pass them! Ahhhh - the beauty of modern architecture. In comparison to other Target stores I've been to, this location is definitely one of the best. It's convenient as its part of the Landing shopping center, which was just built a few years ago & is really nice. The workers here are always friendly as opposed to the one in Tukwila. They usually always have what I'm looking for on stock wether it be groceries or a specific book. It's clean and never too crowded as well! The only downside is that sometimes it's hard to find someone to help you, but being such a big store, that's understandable. I would drive to this one even if I'm close to another location. I like Target and this location is a good one. They have a dollar section at the front and I found some vases and Easter decorations for $1-$3 each. It was organized and not a mess like it is at other locations. Big fan of the self-checkout lanes here. Large, open parking lot too. read more
