They completely screwed me over of $600. I was a customer for 9 years without any issues but after today, I am officially done with them. I went in 2 weeks ago and requested to purchase the Google pixel 4a and pay it off right then and there ($350). They offered to give me a galaxy s21 for a cheaper price of $200 after trading in my old phone and it would be completely paid off. I mentioned that I was planning to switch over from my husband's plan to my own plan since he had issues with Verizon and was planning to switch to a different carrier soon. They failed to mention that after switching to my own plan I would have to pay the remaining $600. They said they couldn't help me and I couldn't switch to the Google Pixel and they couldn't credit my old phone if I did want to purchase a new one. They obviously do not train their employees so they end up having no idea what they are getting their customers into. Oscar Guerrero basically signed me up for an $800 phone (2 year contract) without my consent. He also informed me that I could use my old z3 charger for my galaxy s21 which was not the case. I went in a week later and another employee was shocked that he gave me that information. She sold me the correct compatible charger that only took an hour to charge my phone as opposed to 11 hours. The employees wear their masks below their noses and mouths. Please hire qualified individuals who take their jobs seriously and don't create nightmares for their customers! I will be filing a complaint immediately. Thank goodness for another carrier who bought over my contract from these heartless crooks. read more

Go Wireless in Ramona is the best in service and personnel! Ameen is my go to guy although anyone else is helpful too. He's sold me my last two phones so I'm partial to him! Seriously...they have a very nice clean store. They are very patient when I've not been able to work various features on my Droid X. I can't recommend them enough! read more

Last april I went into Go wireless so I would buy local, I am a Ramona business and like others to do the same. I had to cancel my verizon service because the signal was dropping at my home location most of the calls. I am a plumbing contractor and my cell # is my only # and is needed to not drop out. After a few months, I had to switch to Sprint to be able to keep my calls w/o dropping in call. I called Verizon they said if I paid a $300 early cancel fee, I was done. I did and took my # to sprint. months later I get a letter from a Lawyer in Utah Aldous and Assoc. demanding another $300 and a $90 penalty. My complaint is Verizon said I was paid, the local store charges an extra $300 over and above what Verizon charges! This is just wrong. read more

Prior to yesterday, I have been in the GoWireless many times thru the years. I have always received the help I needed. Michael Hays thank you very much for switching my phones yesterday...I appreciate the great Customer Service I received. I am so Happy, Happy, Happy that we have in Ramona a Verizon Store. GoWireless is a Verizon Franchise....and Helps us all if we have a problem or an issue and we DO NOT want to drive down the hill. I had not been in there in about 2 1/2 years, and back then I bought Accessories for my Cell and for my Husbands Cell. I bought a new cell over the phone with Verizon, it was mailed. I went in yesterday to have the phones switched and buy a protective cover with clip for my purse. I received Great Customer Service and I happened to get the Store Manager as my guy to help me. He was Great and was Patient with me as I was moving up from a 2 1/2 yr old phone to a Samsung. Patience with this Customer was the key here. LOOK...Customer Service is FANTASTIC. Plain and Simple....if you go into GoWireless with an lousy ATTITUDE....What do you expect from them, a winning lotto number....?? You have the Problem, YOU have to be Patient with them as well, and they CAN and WILL help you IF at all Possible. I will admit that they are a busy Retailer and so is the other Verizon Retailers....no matter where you go to get help you do have to wait your turn. I waited 45 min a couple years ago in the Carmel Mtn Verizon....so don't go in any Verizon Store expecting to get out in 10 min with your problem solved. That is not going to happen very often.... Skip that lousy attitude....and Have a Better Day all around. read more

I always appreciate when a business shows concern over a review. The manager courteously contacted me about some issues and graciously received my feedback. Haven't been back to check in, but left with a good feeling. read more

I recently lost my phone and was in desperate need of getting a new one. Jason Seymour helped me out and was SOOO helpful. He made me feel comfortable and though he definitely tried to sell me a better device (it's his job!), he made me feel good about the lower rated one I purchased and was better fit for my price range. He spent ample amount of time w/ me and even though they were closing during my visit, he never seemed irritated or antsy. He was very professional, kind and helpful. He even took the extra time to help me figure out how to reinstall some of my favorite apps. I highly recommend this store and be sure to ask for "Jason"! :o) read more

The whole crew Miguel, Nick and Cody were all very informative and helpful. They made getting new phones for the family a breeze. Not the usual excruciating ORDEAL. Thank you team Ramona Verizon. read more

The person I dealt with had no interest in helping me. Didn't seem to know much. I came in with 3 issues with my phone and he didn't resolve any of them. Terrible customer service. Won't come back. read more

Meaghan is always very helpful everytime I've gone in she's been, polite, knowledgeable and able to answer any questions I have 5 stars

If I could give them ZERO star's I would......Horrible store! Thanksgiving weekend 2016, go into the Ramona store, we were told they have a special for the weekend. We would get $400 for a trade in on our old iPhones if buying the new 7S. Never happened, that was their little secret special because Verizon never came through on that trade in value, we only got $50 trade in. The young guys in there will tell you anything for a sale! They said give it a couple of billing cycles, it will happen! BS, we paid a premium price for those new iPhones and never got the promised special for the Holiday weekend. Beware Holiday shoppers..go somewhere else and save yourself alot of phone calls and frustrating visits back to the store! read more

I was very scared having had bad cell phone retail experiences in the past, to begin with another company. I have to say Nicholas Hooper ,not only explained everything so it was easy to understand, but took the time to listen to what we wanted. He was very patient, took as much time as was needed, three days in a row, to answer questions. I left feeling very happy with the experience, and looking forward to having competent help, anytime I need it, just down the road. I would send everyone I know to go there, without a doubt! The prices, were great, better than I expected. There was no pressure to buy. Just like I was talking to someoneIhad known for years. Thanks Nick! read more

I had the pleasure of dealing with Jennifer she figured out how to save me some money. Very good customer service. My friend that lives in Ramona was telling me about his wonderful experience at the Verizon store so I came up from Santee and he was right. THANK YOU JENNIFER. read more

I came into this place looking for an upgrade for my phone. I was helped by Jennifer and she was amazing! She helped me look through all my options, gave her own recommendations, and helped me figure out what phone I wanted. She ordered the case that I wanted because they didn't have it in stock, and even gave me a temporary one to use for a few days while I wait for it to come in. While my old phone was transferring its information onto my new phone, her and the rest of the staff did a great job at helping me pass the time with jokes and conversation. When my phone was ready and it was time for me to leave, I was hesitant simply because i enjoyed spending my time there with them so much. Jennifer and the crew were a pleasure to work with and I would definitely recommend giving them a try. If you guys are reading this, thank you so much! You guys rock! read more

Over the last several months I have needed help with a variety of issues including the replacement of 2 phones. Each time I was assisted by knowledgeable staff who were very informative and helpful with sorting thu to find the best products and services for our family. I have only recently begun to use Yelp so felt compelled to give Michael and the rest of the crew in Ramona 2 thumbs up. read more

Go wireless in Ramona is great with their customers and provide great assistance. Meaghan Windham is superb.

Being a senior, I have a lot of intrepidation in using my new iPhone. I visited several Verizon stores recently with different problems that I created, each time I had adequate service. I went to three strip malls in Temecula, due to my travels, and the Verizon store in Escondido whereupon was asked for $20.00 to answer my basic question. I promptly left that store with a bad taste in my "pocketbook". Returning home, I again visited CJ Martinez, the current store manager, again he showed great patience, and concern in resolving my issues, reassuring me that I should return if and when I needed help. Even though we are a small town, we have great talent and performance locally. I vote that CJ should be promoted so that he can teach others good customer service in the wireless community! ! read more

Miguel S. at the Ramona Verizon store was amazing! He spent over an hour with my daughter and me after she opened a pay-as-you-go account online. She was assigned a phone number that was actively assigned to someone else, and we never received the sim card in the mail that she ordered. He was on the phone for more than an hour and got everything straightened out. Thanks, Miguel! read more

Thank you Derion for such great service in activating our tablet, although it was a Dell, with windows 8, he persevered thru the program and resolved my internet connection problem. I highly recommend their customer service. read more

I absolutely LOVE the quality customer service that is provided here!!! The store manager (wish I knew his name) - he is always SO helpful and kind!!! Thanks, Verizon!!! read more

Not helpful at all. Everytime I need something these guys tell me different than Verizon does on the phone. I try to go here since I live in Ramona but they just frustrate me every time I go in. Never helpful and their rebates are not the same as other Verizon stores. I will go down the hill to get actual customer service. read more

I came into the store after my iPhone's home button and power button stopped working. My phone was pretty much completely dead. Jason spent a couple HOURS with me trying to turn on the old phone, picking out a new phone, transferring my data, and setting me up with everything I would need. I appreciate the time and effort Jason put in to helping me. He went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer. read more

Terrible customer service. This store added a line onto my account without my permission and went I into the store I was completely ignored for at least 20 minutes, no hello thank you for waiting. When I called the store I was put on hold instantly without anyone even saying hello we are busy and is it ok to put you on hold. I even called the main Verizon service and when she called the Ramona store, the person on the other end at the Ramona store refused to give the Verizon representative a store manager. Will never use the Ramona store again. read more

My Fiancé and I went into the store to set up an account and get her a new phone. She was with AT&T, and after she spent two weeks trying to her broken phone either repaired or upgraded with no success, she decided to switch to Verizon. We went in around 7PM and Jason helped us until 8:40PM (40 minutes after close). He was extremely helpful and friendly, and even though he had to close by himself, he took his time helping us and was very patient during our long process. Overall, we had an excellent experience and are very thankful to Jason for being so awesome. Thank you! read more

I would drive down the hill to a "real" verizon store before I would ever step foot in this one again. Very frustrating experience!!! We were charged for an upgrade that should have been free. They promised to fix that on the first bill, but then came a bill that was over twice what it should have been. Said that we were the only ones this happened to and promised three different times that a manager would call us with resolution. No "manager" with any authority ever made an attempt to contact us. When we asked for a district managers name and phone number, employees would not provide it. To top it off, the $50.00 per phone rebate we were due was denied because the form the store completed for us had already expired. The good news is, Verizon's 611 was able to help us get resolution to most of the issues. The only reason I even gave them one star is because a couple of the employees were very courteous. read more
