The TV was blaring the world cup soccer game in Spanish. Ok, it's exciting. No change was made to the volume. We explained we needed to turn in our old phones. Francisco asked, "Do you know the info on them?" Kind of a broad question, but that meant he needed the model and gigabytes of the phones. We had no idea what the gigs were off the top of our head; that's not something often known, in my opinion. My husband asked if he could look that information up on his account. Francisco said he couldn't. My husband said in return something to the effect of being surprised that info wouldn't show on his account, to which Francisco said, "Trust me, you don't know the system!" Whoa, guy. My husband was able to figure out on his own what gigs the old phones were, because when upgrading, the previous employee in Poway said the new phones would be double the current storage. Ok. Francisco continued with major attitude saying, "I need you to be sure on the gigabytes because if it's wrong, I'll get in trouble and I'm not trying to get in trouble." My husband said, "I guess we should have just gone to the Poway store to return these." Francisco then said, "Yeah I guess you could have!" It was after that rude, under his breath, condescending and completely unprofessional comment, I decided to write this review. I have never in my adult life been treated so rudely by an employee at any business. It was very clear we were interrupting his TV watching time and he didn't want to have to do anything to assist us. Perhaps Francisco shouldn't work in customer service if he's going to blatantly speak to customers that way. All we were trying to do was turn in phones.

When I brought it here to CPR, they showed me that it was actually the screen protector and not the actual screen. They quoted me $25 for a new phone protector and offered to put it on for me right there. I was so grateful! When I asked if the other places would know that they said, "Of course, they were trying to take advantage of you!" I had been loyal ever since. The Bad: Fast forward to now (about 10 years later),... I hate to say it but I believe greed has gotten the best of them. I went there a few months ago to repair my iPad screen. It was $260! I went twice last week asking for a quote to submit to insurance both times they took down my information (on a "sticky note") and told me the owner would email or text me a quote within a day or two. I just had a feeling those sticky notes go directly in the trash. Here it is a week (& several follow ups) later and no one has contacted me or knows anything about my previous request(s). My advice,.. pretend you are interested in getting the repair asap, otherwise, I'm quite sure they just throw it in the trash.
