As a senior citizen, I rely on my home security system for peace of mind--but for months, my ADT system has been non-functional. I made dozens of phone calls, each taking up to an hour just to get past the maze of hold music and transfers. After finally reaching someone who could help, I was told I needed a brand-new system and a new contract. So I agreed, trusting that this would finally resolve the issue. Wrong. A technician came to my home and spent over 6 hours trying to install the system--only to tell me it wouldn't work without new motion sensors, which I had to pay for out of pocket. I was also misled into thinking the new system would work with my existing cameras. It doesn't. The best part? After all that time, effort, and money--the new system doesn't even work. It constantly malfunctions, giving false alerts and telling me doors are open when they're not. Total failure. This is a company that profits off fear, offers misleading sales pitches, fails to deliver basic service, and then has the audacity to lock you into a contract. Their "customer service" is a joke--disorganized, evasive, and completely indifferent to your time and safety. Do yourself a favor--don't walk, RUN from ADT.

This was in February 2024 and 8 months later the system they installed is stable, reliable, and has had zero issues. I'm satisfied with the system and the installation. I highly reccommend Ubiquiti products and Hi Solutions So Call as the installers. They do great work, its a good value, and the products and services are high quality.

I procrastinated a little bit but then my husband met their consultant Andy and was impressed with their system and pricing. He requested Andy to come back the next day so I could talk to him too and he did. The price is locked for two years and it never goes up like the cable companies. I like how he explained the system to us and how he answered all my questions, he's pleasant to do business with. I was so convinced i had them come back the next day (that same day schedule was full) to re-activate the system and install a new control panel since the previous owner of our house had the push pad version (i'm a touch pad girl LoL) We are lucky that our house was built with the whole security wiring so all of our window and door sensors are not visible to the naked eye which is a huge plus. Eric the installer was amazing, he's very polite and he answered all our questions and he repeated the instructions when my husband finally decided to show up and join us LoL. I hope this system is as great as what the other Yelpers are claiming, i'm excited and right now happy that my growing family has a monitored alarm system in our home.

For any service requests, I have to first go through Central Security Group who then dispatches them to the security company. In 2016, I was burglarized and police suggested I install video cameras. I called Central Security Group. Alarm2000 installed the video cameras and upgraded my system, not All Secure. I was not told that a different company would be installing the new equipment and assumed that All Secure would service me. In May 2017, I had my home re-stuccoed which required the contractor to remove the outdoor security camera affixed to the back wall of my house in order for them to complete the work. They tried twice to remount the video camera, but the view was not good. Consequently, I called Central Security Group to file a request and was told that the security company would call me within two business days. After two days, I called back Central Security Group and was told that the service request was originally sent to All Secure and was later recalled because they were unavailable. They then sent my service request to Aztec Security. Alarm2000 (who installed the video camera) is no longer working with Central Security Group. I was asked to call Central Security Group back tomorrow to sort this out with Aztec Security. All Secure is located 0.50 miles from my house. Aztec Security is 21 miles away. When I originally purchased my system through All Secure, I reasonably expected that they would service my future security needs. I did not expect to be bounced around between security companies. Based on my experience, All Secure is invested in the initial sale and installment and not my long-term safety.

I enjoyed spending a little time with them as they worked on the system in my unit. The installation itself looks great. No unsightly wires and everything done efficiently and cleanly. We've used Halcyon Mobile Security Solutions for almost 5 years even through an ownership change for various upgrades, repairs, and new camera installations. Overall, the quality of their work has been solid once completed, and their technicians are knowledgeable and professional on-site. We did run into an issue with a camera that was sold to us by a previous rep (who is no longer with the company). The camera's speaker never worked as promised, and it took quite a bit of back and forth to troubleshoot. While the team eventually helped address the concern, communication delays made it harder to resolve quickly. Another recent project, getting a quote and installation for an additional camera -- took about two weeks from start to finish. While that's not terrible, shortening that turnaround could really improve the customer experience and help boost their sales, since responsiveness is key in this kind of service. Despite some bumps, we continue to use Halcyon because they do solid work once the ball gets rolling. With a few improvements to follow-up times and communication, they could easily earn that fifth star.

His costs were reasonable and up front. No hidden costs. On the day of installation he showed up and and was very efficient even adding an additional sensor he hadn't quoted ahead of time at no cost to us. Before leaving he spent time with us to make sure we knew how the system worked and said to call any time if we have an other questions. Very professional, friendly and service-oriented. He gave great advice and suggested simply using the existing setup but adding new control panels and glass break sensors. It added some much-needed functionality, including wireless access, but kept the cost down. He was able to get us on his schedule in a few days and had everything setup within hours.
