If I could do a 0 star review, I would. We have been Verizon's customers (my husband and I) for over 15 years. After trying to figure out how to lower our monthly cell phone bill ($270 a month) - we had to switch. We spoke to Verizon and they were unable to lower our bill. We ended up switching. I was not clear on the fact that even though our contract was up, we still had to pay the remainder balance due on our phones ($650 total).ok- that was my bad. I should've done my research and known Verizon would do everything to try and get us to stay. Ignore all that- I went into Verizon to return the phones since I thought that's why I had to do- and this blonde woman who i don't know her name.... was so incredibly rude. Told us she didn't think she could help us. She couldn't look us up since we left. Told me four times that "we would be back to Verizon- everything always comes back". We were making a mistake. Made comments under her breathe. We didn't want to leave Verizon! I just couldn't afford them. Don't make me feel like a piece of crap and make comments about me. Now I definitely wouldn't be coming back even if the opportunity arose just because of my pride with this dang woman. Learn some appropriate customer service comments and don't judge me because I can't afford an almost $300 cell phone bill for two people. read more

I purposely signed up for Yelp just write this review. I recently received a new router from Fios but the return label was not included. So I called Verizon and they told me I could take it to the store in Qtown. When I walked I was immediately confronted by a rude and condescending employee stating we don't accept routers. just told me it needs to go to UPS. Basically it's not my problem, so get out of my store. I I went back in and asked for a manager. Guess what, she was it.if she is managing people Verizon has a major problem. called corporate and filed a complaint and told them how bad this experience was. In less than a minute, the Customer Service rep, gave me an address for UPS and walked me through the process. The so called manager at the store just shrugged it off. i was in sales and if I ever acted like that, I'd be reprimanded The fact she is managing is troublesome. We pay good money for the internet and cable service through Verizon as I work from home and need a dependable service. Yesterday morning the internet went out so they promised us they would be here today ... well that didn't happen. According to their dispatcher the text message giving us a time a date was in error. I explained to them that due to their faulty wire falling off of the pole next to our neighbors house that several of us are without service. Their only explanation to us was there I'd no one available as many others have been waiting longer for service. Oh that is helpful. Beyond annoyed at these inflated prices and no one to fix the problem when it is down. Just wow!!! read more

Very unhappy with this store. Lots of hidden costs you do not find out until you call into Verizon or chat with them online. Went in to upgrade my phone, Not only did they low ball my credit amount for my old phone which should have been 100 but gave me 50 saying its a old phone samsung edge 7s. However funny thing is on verizon's website is clearly shows that type show is a 100 upgrade credit. They acted like they were getting me a great deal for my iphone. They made it sound like the iphone and apple watch package deal was cheaper than getting the iphone by itself. They didn't notify me that the watch has a separate line that I now have to pay for as well as pay for the watch itself. Or that If i just bought the iphone by itself it was actually less expensive. They made it sound like buying just the iphone would be more than the package deal. I was always a android user and this was my first Iphone. I didn't realize they are so deceitful. They made it sound like I was getting more for less. Now my payments are much higher than before and I was trying to keep my bills low. Called and asked for the manager. The person who answered said she was Samantha and that she was the manager. She said that she was with a customer and will call me back. Did not call me back as promised. Obviously if the manager is unreliable what does that say for the employees under her. Very poor customer service. They are very untrustworthy. Same thing as other reviews...the "greeter" was not helpful at all and basically shut us down as I asked my first question. I turned around, walked out, and switched to Sprint today. She was incredibly dismissive and offered ZERO help. A complete turnoff. read more

Stopped going to this store about three years ago because the customer service was horrible. Went back today thinking to give it another try. Got attitude with in the first two minutes of and walked out. Nothing ever gets accomplished going there and you leave feeling stressed and pissed off. The Verizon store in center valley you don't get any attitude. Take the extra drive and go there. read more

Before shopping at this location (Rt. 309, Quakertown, adjacent to TJMax/Home Goods), we confirmed that it was indeed a Verizon CORPORATE store. (We understand that the corporate stores are simply called "Verizon" or "Verizon Wireless"; they're scarce. Anything else on the signage indicates a private franchisee; they pepper the landscape.) The young gentleman (Adam) who waited on us was extremely knowledgeable, professional, personable, and patient. We were buying a flip phone (Google it), yet there wasn't a hint of upselling or speeding us along. This guy is a credit to his parents and to Verizon. read more

They got one star, because I couldn't give them a zero!!!! We just spent $500.00 in there, purchasing a new phone, and using the old phone for another person. Not only did jackeline not know how to troubleshoot the new phone to stop vibrating in my hand with every button I pushed, the other phone we factory reset, she didn't know how to set it up!!! Blamed google, and told us it's Google's fault. Then she said its HTC'S fault. I've had ATT before being a Verizon customer (with my new spouse). i have never seen such uneducated, blame shifting in my life!!! My STRONG ADVICE, DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! The phone don't work and she left us to figure it out!!!!! #disgustedcustomer I will be calling Verizon. Oh, the phone we were transferring to another account she didn't set up, is only 8 months old, so I said, well, it's still under warranty, it hasn't been a year. She smiled and said, well, when you paid it off today to transfer it, it voided the warranty from Verizon. Anything that was wrong was someone else's fault first she blamed google, then she blamed HTC, but she made it very clear, "it wasn't Verizon's fault". It really blows my mind how customer service fell off the cliff, as soon as she took our $500.00 after accessories, case for the one she didn't know how to complete the transfer, case and charger for the new phone, activation, (that never happened). Now I see why this store poorly rated. An item was sold to us and we were it told that it was a flat one time fee. Turns out there was 10 monthly so when were turned the item was charged a 35 dollar restocking fee. I'm glad I did fill out customer survey yet. Untrustworthy store. So not only lose your one good rating and you also get a bad customer service review (I'll also go on the Verizon website to complain about the unethical practices). Hope it was worth the 35 dollars. The employees in this store have zero people skills. I could tell right away by the "greeter" with an "I'm in control" attitude with tablet that decided right away that they'd be unable to help me with a nonfunctioning Verizon phone (this is what I pay a monthly service for?). I was questioned while standing at the entrance - asked to provide my drivers license, etc - all while standing and I had to ask her if we could go to the counter to discuss. It didn't get any better - I left the store with zero satisfaction. There was only one other customer in the store so its not like they were too busy. I gather that all they care about is getting their hourly salary and have no interest in customer service. Find another verizon wireless store to do business with. read more

Wow, just left this store. They don't know what customer service is at all. I was looking to upgrade to an iphone 5 and wanted to know what it would cost to purchase and also the price per month. It was like pulling teeth. I had to drag everything out of the girl who seemed pissed off that I was asking for information. I'm still not sure I got the right info. Several employees standing behind the counter, only one really working. I'm still looking to upgrade but left this store and won't return. The person who greeted us was talking to an elderly gentleman who was using foul words. I said pardon the french. The woman told me afterwards "thanks for helping, you made it worse". She should learn how to treat customers. I was ready to buy but I choose to spend my money elsewhere. You should too. read more
