Demetri ACTUALLY RESPONDED TO MY TEXTS JANUARY 23rd 2023. He claimed he was out of country. Again apologies and he seems to have admitted that he can no longer manage/keep up with iPodDoctor as it doesn't pay the bills and it's been hard to prioritize (I'm sorry for putting his business out there but it needs to be said as he is not communicating with anyone). He actually made me feel really bad for my review considering everything. We agreed that he would have 2 weeks to send the iPod before I expected a refund. On January 31st, he claimed he would send me the tracking number the next day and that it would be in the mail. You guessed it, it never happened. If you try calling his number, you'll find you can't even leave a voicemail as it's full and he has ignored every single one of my texts. As you can see, he has disabled messaging on Yelp as well. I have emailed BOTH emails I have for him and nothing. I send Zelle requests for refunds time and time again. All are being left to expire EXCEPT ONE which SHOWED ME he is ACTIVELY IGNORING ME. April 6th, 2023; he DECLINED my zelle request for a refund within minutes of me sending it. He knows what he's doing is wrong. But he continues to run away and ignore me. I have even tried settling for partial refunds of the 785$ as low as 400-500$ and still, nothing. That iPod was everything to me. EVERYTHING. And I have already settled for the fact that all I will ever have left are pictures from when I first received it. I'm heartbroken and I could only wish I still had the mailing address somewhere. I'm glad he's not taking jobs anymore... but he still needs to right all his wrongs. I feel so helpless in this situation.
