I wasn't expecting much in the way of customer service, but boy was I surprised! The employees here were pleasant and happy to help us. They spent quite a bit of time and were very patient with my daughter as she picked out her phone. The gentleman helping us (Louis?) explained everything in detail and worked to get us the best deal. I will definitely be using this location from now on and highly recommend it.

The guy in the furthest table from the door was very unpleasant. I came to pickup a phone I…read morepurchased and he kept spouting PIN number, PIN number, PIN number? Like some robot. Instead of telling me I could simply login to my verizon app and change it. Basic customer service is to assist the customer, he seemed to have no intention of going past that question. Needless to say I will not be picking up that phone, in fact the whole experience made me reevaluate why I am paying this company. So I already started the process of switching carriers and my new carrier is going to ship my phone so I don't have to deal with the PIN number robot in the future.

Went in to purchase a few iPhone 6 phones…read more The knowledge and service was great. They alerted me to a $200 trade-in I could get from Verizon for my older phones, which I was unaware of. With clear instructions how. They had a good stock of cases for the 6, but more importantly were very knowledgable about each brand of case, and allowed me to open up each package and test the case. They also are giving me a $50 gift toward any item in their store -- so the case is free, essentially. (When my phone finally arrives). If you're looking to buy accessaries at the lowest price, buy online. If you want the opportunity to see what your getting and walk out with it, go to a retail store.

Walked in and talked with Eric, and 15 minutes later had new screen protector and a great case. A week later I decided to add a wireless charger that I'd gotten on Amazon. Again, walked in without appointment and he graciously set that up for me and got it working and then even installed a new high capacity battery. So for a total investment around $140 and 30 minutes, my phone is renewed. What's more I learned several things as he worked on it and taught me. It can be done. Without long waits. Without great expense. Friendly and even educational service. These guys know what they're doing and stock all the parts and offer the repair services that the manufacturer offers.

Is there anything we can help you with?? Nope they just ignore you cause they've judged you by the cover at first glance. Even if I can or cannot afford to shop there every customer should be treated as if they're gonna drop thousands on high end audio! We shouldn't feel less than walking into your store!!!!!!!!!! End of story! Chances are I'll drive way further than 20 minutes to feel like I'm a valued customer! Sorry but this is a store where the audio equipment is nicer than the staff!!!! You guys are supposed to be helping people have the best experience with audio not making them feel less than! This review would be way different if you guys actually just said hello when we walk in the store!
