Please I repeat PLEASE visit this place before you go and overpay for a battery anywhere eles . Every other place i went was 2 to 3 times what I paid for a battery here and they replaced and disposed of my old one also. Service was phenomenal. Pulled right into bay. He checked battery and started replacing immediately while I waited in the waiting area. The price was half of what the big places charge. You know who. Advanced , zone, pep, . Im telling you . You will never get a battery elsewhere read more

Used them 10 years ago and knew I was overdue to replace my current NAPA battery; not from them. Well, I must have left a light on within the truck overnight and it was a cold night. Dead.. Jumped it then called Warehouse Battery. Had what I needed in stock and at a higher cold cranking amperage. Cost much LESS than I was prepared for and even living 7 miles away I went and was done and home within the hour. Friendly and accommodating. John R read more

SO THE GUY ACTUALLY CURSED ME OUT. I had a problem with the motorcycle battery I got from them. One of the posts broke off about a month after I installed it. I called first because I live about 23 miles away from there. The guy over the phone said that they wouldn't cover something like that. I said are you serious? He asked if they installed the battery and I said no. He said, bring it in maybe we can give you a discount on another one. So I called the manufacturer of the battery on the way there. Explained to the lady what happened and she asked me which battery I had brought. She said no worries we will give you a replacement. She gave me her name and said if I had any problems when I get to the store that I should call her back. So the guy at the store actually got angry with me for reaching out to the battery manufacturer. He said I shouldn't have been making deals with her behind his back. You can't make this shit up. Then he accused me of over, tightening the terminal that broke. I am 59 years old, a mechanic. raised by a mechanic. My earliest memories were working on cars and motorcycles. I think I know how to tighten a battery terminal. So I took pictures of my wires and everything right after I removed the battery in case they wanted to see. So it was basic comment sense you could see that I didn't over tighten the terminal. That thing I know I think that I am hearing things. The next thing out of his mouth is that I under tightened the terminal . So I showed him the pictures of my wires. There is no excessive heat, and all of my connections were clean. I even took pictures of the bolts which were clean with no arcing. So when I started telling the guy that he accused me of two completely opposite things. He started yelling at me and cursing me off. Like what behavior is this and how could you treat a customer that way? I told them that they could keep the battery. I can definitely afford to buy another one somewhere else. The lady at the battery manufacturer is sending me a new battery to my house. So while the other guy that started helping me after the guy cursed me out, found out on the phone with the lady from the Battery company that there is some type of recall or defect on the batteries. So the guy that cursed me out, actually went in and found the memo about the Battery posts. NO APOLOGY WHATSOEVER FOR YELLING AT ME AND CURSING ME OUT. I wish I was writing a good review because that's really the kind of reviews that I enjoy. But I guess you have to take the good with the bad. Thanks for reading . read more

I buy a lot of different batteries from them. No matter the size or form factor, they generally have it in stock at a good price. Highly recommend them. read more

I went there on June 24th 2023. The staff was attentive, informative, professional, knowledgeable, and proficient. I was very pleased with not only the staff, but the selection of car batteries.I was explained the deficiencies of my battery prior to replacing and how to care for my new battery since it was now an AGM type. In addition I noticed how well each staff member interacted and performed as a team. This was my first visit, but not my last. read more

DO NOT RECOMMEND 1st Visit: Brought our vehicle in after it wouldn't start. Was told alternator was good, and needed a new battery. Purchased an AGM replacement, but car wouldn't start three additional times within a span of three weeks. Took the vehicle to the dealership thinking that there may be an electrical issue if the battery and alternator were already checked. Paid $180 to the dealership just to be told that the new battery was no good. 2nd Visit: Took the car back to Warehouse Battery, where i was told that the dealership did not have the proper tools to accurately measure the condition of the battery.... I was told that i would have to charge the battery overnight and bring it back the next day. 3rd Visit: Went back with a fully charged battery just to be told that they would need to keep the battery overnight on their charger, and test it in the morning. 4th Visit: Was told that the originally sold battery was bad, and a new one would be replaced under warranty. I asked for a partial refund as I assumed the battery they sold me was in working order, and I should not have had to pay for a dealer visit for an issue that was supposedly fixed. Let alone the multiple days i had to leave work early to address a warranty issue on a brand new battery. Manager was not present, but refused to do anything over the phone. read more

These guys not only have the best prices anywhere, but they stock everything, including oddball specialty stuff. Every time I've been there they have been extremely helpful, pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable. I drive 30 miles to get there, but it's worth it. read more

I purchased a motorcycle battery from WBO less than 1 year ago it didn't last the winter even on a charge. I brought it back to see what was wrong and they told me it was no good. When I asked about a warranty they told me they offer a 6 month warranty and I was just outside of it. Instead they said they would cut me a break and sell me a $60 battery for $50. So I went to pick it up. Because of the COVID-19 restrictions I called when I arrived and they said they would be right out. Two people pulled up after me. One guy said F the rules stated on the door and just walked up and was helped immediately, another called and someone came right out to help. Meanwhile I ended up waiting 15 minutes with no help and just left. BEST PART IS: I got a battery and 3 year warranty on it from their competitors for $50. Why have I been going to WBO for so long. They suck all around. Terrible service, low quality product and bad value. Tell Ryan and the guy that answered the phone today (6/3/2020) to send him out that they cost the business a family's worth of motorcycles, cars and boats batteries. read more

My wife's car has a strange battery and it is expensive. Over the winter, it died. I called around for prices on a new battery and Warehouse Battery Outlet was the best price. When I took the car in, they said they would test my existing battery first. They gave me a loaner battery and took mine to charge it up fully and test it. Two days later, they called and said there was nothing wrong with my battery and put it back in the vehicle. Saved me money and the guys were great. I won't go anywhere else for batteries or accessories! Thanks! read more

I've bought batteries from Warehouse Battery, Qtown for many years. Service was always courteous and on one occasion when a battery weakened early(probably due to potholes), They TOLD ME the battery was from them, still had some warranty, and gave me the partial CREDIT due me. Rude, condescending, and read me the riot act for using the online system to rent a Budget truck through them. Go elsewhere.

I've been buying batteries from them for years. They ship them UPS, always good!

I have been buying batteries from Warehouse Battery Outlet for years both for home and work (technical school). Great group of knowledgeable employees. Saved me quite a bit over the years especially when trying to find specialized batteries. My first experience was having them build a discontinued laptop battery for me. Anyway - I have always been happy with them anytime I needed anything battery related. I've purchased car, motorcycle, lawn mower, kids ride on jeep, cell phone, and laptop batteries never with an issue. read more

I was highly disappointed by my experience. For starters, I walked in and got in line. The man at the counter left with the person in front of me and a new person came from the back to help me. Or at least that was probably his intention. He walked up to the counter and stared at me. No greeting, no, "May I help you?" After about ten seconds I told him I needed to get my battery replaced, at which point he walked to a door and told me two cars were in the bay and the wait would be about ten minutes. Nothing horrible yet, just weird. So I sat in my car for over twenty minutes waiting for a car to back out like he had said. When a car finally did back out of the bay, an older man who had arrived ten minutes after I did pulled into the bay ahead of me. I honked my horn and went to get out of my car and they proceeded to start shutting the bay door. At which point I left. In summarization, this business lacks organization and customer relations skills. Just awful. read more
