When we left, the fingerprint unlock feature wasn't working and we had to go right back and wait another forty minutes while the guy fiddled with it. It was obvious he had no idea what he was doing. When the charging port stopped working, we took it to Apple, where they found the damage when they opened the phone. They deemed it a fire hazard and couldn't repair it.
