I placed an in store order at 6:15. Hear nothing about it being processed. So I figure I'll go hang out so I'm there when they pull the item off the shelf. After awhile of no customers in the store I decide what the heck I'll just go on in. Only they locked the doors at 7:45 and the store and site says you close at 8 rather than look at me trying to open the door locked. This is not a Verizon store so whatever happens here or is promised here, Verizon will not back you up. I went in here 2 weeks ago while visiting from out of town to replace my phone. I had a 99.00 buyout leftover in my phone and was told by MAURICE that if I purchased 130.00 in accessories he would waive the 99.00 buyout. I did that and have a receipt showing I was only charged 10.00 for the buyout plus the 130.00 for accessories I could have purchased on Amazon for 40.00 BUT I now have the 99.00 charge on my Verizon bill and Verizon says since they're not a Verizon store I'll have to go back in person. I live 300 miles away. He also told me my phone going forward would be 11.00 a month but it's 18.00 a month. I've left 3 messages with the store through Verizon but they will not return my call. read more

I bought an iphone in October of 2024. I paid for the phone right there so that I would not get a bill every month. Cheyenne sold me the phone. I have been billed monthly for the phone, even though I paid for it. I have repeatedly called Verizon to get help, and they have not helped me. Now they want me to go in to the store to "validate" my payment. I can't even get through to the store via telephone. They are too busy to answer the phone. So now---a 1.5 hour round trip to try to get something resolved from 5 months ago, after spending hours of my life on the phone with Verizon. WORST SERVICE EVER! I will never go back here. read more

Hours posted say 10am opening on Mondays. It's now 10:30am. No one has shown up. I have an issue with the way they signed up my contract, reached out to Verizon support via telephone and they agree. Told me to visit the store. Hard to when no one comes to work. As a retail store manager myself I would never allow my store to simply not open. Reaching out to customer support does nothing . Bought my last two phones here, and my most recent, a Galaxy S8+ they put a really crappy screen protector on. I bought this phone at the end of July, have been through two of these $50 screen protectors, the first time I went in to change it, the guy working changed it without question. Today I go in because the one he put on was cracked all over because these are really cheap, crappy screen protectors and they tell me that I'm supposed to go online and register it (something I was never told before) and tell me they "can't" help me and that it's "above [their] head" .... Well, it turns out they sell really shoddy stuff and then won't back it up. I know these worthless screens don't cost more than a dollar to make, they charge $50 for them, and then won't replace them when they break. Great way to rip people off. read more

I would not shop at this store period. They signed us up for add ons we did not agree to - insurance, extra storage, expensive plans we did not need. We feels so ripped off. We were charged for extra fees for months, which really hurt us due to being out of work- we never got our money back. It took three months on the phone to Verizon to remove items. Verizon indicated that they do not own these stores and their selling practices are not governed by by them. I would give a 0 star if possible. Beware. read more

We visited this store today to activate another line on our account. first off the music was super loud, to a point where you couldn't considerate, the girl whom was assisting us told us the phone we have isn't compatible with Verizon, I told her that Verizon is still selling these on their website and she proceeded to tap her screen as if we where 5 years old saying "look it says right here". While she was attempting to help to proceeded to take a personal phone call, then her and another male employee where arguing. Super awkward. This place is worthless. I preceded to drive to another Verizon store by Walmart in Paso and this nice girl had my phone activated in less then 10 minutes. I was told that they are different owners. Me and my husband went into Verizon to put him on my account they happened to be busy. Renee was with a customer but acknowledged us right when we walked in the door letting us know we would be helped shortly. He informed us how to get my husband on my account. He also made sure to update our account to get us the best deal. With all the years I've been with Verizon I disliked dealing with them. It just seemed so hard to get sincere help. Horrible service and deceptive business practices! After waiting an hour because the salesperson couldn't figure out how to port my number over from AT&T, she goes into the pricing breakdown for my new phone. They charge a $99 fee for a "protection package", that includes a case, screen protector, and car charger. She claimed that the phone warranty would be void if I didn't purchase it. I declined and was then told that I couldn't get my phone that day even though they had them in stock in the store. She said she could order it for me. No thanks! I'll just order it from the Verizon website. This is not a corporate store, so they get to make up their own policies I guess, but I don't see how they stay in business with such deceptive business practices. read more

Been here twice and totally disappointed twice..the greeter wouldn't give me the time of day. She actually told me we sell the phones but don't know about the question I had..two people stood at the counter and offered NO ASSISTANCE what ever..a symbol appeared on my Samsung Galaxy and I don't know what it is..she told me to look in the settings, "Something has been turned on".. I have done that and the symbol does not appear anywhere..I googled it..many symbols came up but not mine that I am questioning.. First time I went my phone was totally messed up after they fixed it and said I would have to wait 24 hours to restart it. I came home 35 minutes later it restarted and I reset everything. Went here today to upgrade my iPhone. Walked out when they said I had to buy a bundled package which included a bunch of stuff I didn't need. Said he'd have to call his manager to see if they could sell me a phone without the bundle. I left and he called me a few minutes later saying the manager approved it. I said "no thanks" and went to another store and got my iPhone 8 even cheaper. I will never come back here. Evidently they have a store policyto trick customers into buying bundle packages they don't need to pad their profits. Shady business. Plus, they've never been able to help the times my wife or I have had a service issue. Avoid this fake Verizon store. read more

This store is one of the most untrusted businesses I've ever been to. Expect an hour or two of standing around whenever you visit. Easy. The people are not only slow, but try to rip every dollar out of your pocket possible. They charge for a screen protector and case you don't need whenever you want a phone alone. They screwed up my plan and charged me close to $400 day n a free upgrade. I've had to visit the store about 5 times and have been on the phone with customer support for hours on end. Will never come to this retailer again. I love Verizon but this store is in no way a trustful place to go. They are not official. Just an authorized retailer. read more

Not enough space to write the long narrative about this store. Avoid it like the plague. In a nut shell, went to exchange two iPhones for new ones and apply the credit towards the purchase. Was told this 'bundle package' was included. Paid $430 which I was told was taxes, turns out total lie. That was part of a bundle charge of crap that I didn't need and was not disclosed to me. Paid a phone set up charge, and a submersed in water warranty, not disclosed as well and didn't need. I set up the phone and iPad myself. Speaking of IPAD, was told there was a special, my cost would be $70 which I said I would pay for. Clerk then removed my daughters phone and placed a $270 finance charge for the iPad on the line without my permission, I had told him I didn't want cellular on the iPad and didn't need it. Basically, a very dis-honest store and felt like a used car lot with lots of hidden charges that were not disclosed or talked about. Spoke with Verizon corporate who felt as well that the clerk was dis-honest after speaking with him and issued me a credit for the phone set up. read more

The sales people here are extremely nice, but lack honesty and transparency. They mentioned a deal that "included" a case and screen protector without mentioning a price - silly me I thought it was a promotion until they asked for a huge fee and I asked why it was so big. They also charge a "Set Up & Go - Plus" fee for something that the average smartphone user can do and they wouldn't have to wait around the store to have their contents transferred - they also charge this whether they complete the service or not. I will not be going back to this location even though the next closest Verizon store is more than 30 minutes away. I'd prefer a drive to feeling like I was ripped off when I left. read more
