I highly recommend this service! :) The owners are incredibly friendly and professional. I'm incredibly happy with the quality of service, convenience, and pricing. They currently offer a mobile service, so they met me at my house and had my iPhone 7+ cleaned, screen fixed, and tempered glass installed in less than an hour. If you're in the Central Coast, I suggest using Fly Buy Phone Fix for your iPhone repairs. read more

These guys were great I had a problem my phone was freaking out I don't know why because the screen wasn't shattered and I hadn't dropped it recently but clearly there was something wrong with it. They helped me diagnose it first with a software update and then with a hard reset. ultimately I decided to get a new screen and the tech was very patient with me- he actually swapped a couple screens in so we could run a diagnostic test and make sure it was the screen and not the phone. great job and great value highly recommend these guys for your phone woes! read more

Got my phone screen replaced in 10 minutes and he came to me !! So convenient. The price was fair.

Hey All, I've got to tell the all the folks up here in Fly Buy Phone Fix is the only company I use to work on my iPhone 8+. Nick is a great guy, he is of honest character tells me what the problem is and what the solution is and explains it so even a guy like me can understand what he's talking about. I rate Nicks customer service easily at 5 stars, and his prices are great. Need your phone worked on he's the man to call. read more

Been tired and emotionally drained recently and I think this caused me to drop my phone, which I rarely do. I tried to replace a screen on an iPhone way back and it turned out bad, so I thought my phone was done for. Before I went and got an upgrade I decided to see if there were any screen repairs places locally. Fly Buy Phone Fix popped up on google so I called. The owner said he had my iPhone XR screen in stock and could come right out, it was about 4:30. I didn't have time then so we scheduled for 4 the next day. He showed up at 4 and by 5 my phone was as good as new. He even put a screen protector on it. Great service! Thank you. read more

Awesome way to run a business! This guy was professional, very polite and respectful. I would recommend him to fix any phone. Thank you! This world needs more people like him. Nick runs the best phone repair business I have ever got the pleasure of utilizing. He repaired a phone in a 4 hour period of it breaking. I was in a pinch with the phone I had owned, due to the fact that I require it for work. Nick's immediate ability to resolve my issue saved me hundreds of dollars. He made my phone back to perfect working order making it possible to keep my business going. Thanks Nick! Your hard work ethic makes helps others in many ways! read more

I chose this outfit after getting prices from several competing repair businesses. Others were as much as $45 more, so I picked this one. Michael came out to my somewhat rural home and did an excellent job of replacing the broken glass of my iPhone 6. He even let me watch, so I could see what a challenging task it is to deal with all those itsy bitsy screws and stuff. He also gave it a good cleaning inside, and attached a tempered glass screen protector that seems way better than the thin plastic one that came loose long ago. read more

This guy is just really inconsistent, go to Niles it's in and out I feel like I was trying too hard to get a hold of this guy and his services. Shouldn't be that hard, I don't recommend. read more

Great couple I've been using them each time my iPhone has broken for the last 3 years I trust for great service and great prices

Absolutely outstanding service! Fast, thorough, precision work, and wonderful human beings to boot! Within minutes of my call they made plans to meet me to perform the work making it more convenient for me as I was traveling out of town the next day. Michael replaced my iPhone 7 screen flawlessly as well as replaced my water-resistant seal, and added tempered glass to protect my new screen at no extra charge. Don't hesitate to use Michael and Renee's services! You won't be sorry! read more

Great service and the best prices for my iPhone 7plus screen replacement and screen protector highly recommended , I saved their contact for the future , they saved my iPhone and my data was all there keep up the great work read more

If you're looking to have an iPhone screen replaced - look no further! This cell phone repair company rocks! Customer service was the best. They were able to fit me in and have my phone fixed (crushed screen that was inoperative) in less than an hour. It would have been quicker, but the frame was slightly out of shape and Michael took the time to make it right. I left their mobile repair center with a repaired phone, a new protective screen and a bill that was half of some of the other companies that perform screen repair service. Call them first! read more

Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Found them here on Yelp, communication was excellent and service was even better. Met them today, they had my screen fixed in less than 20 minutes. Super nice, quick and the price was the best out of all their competitors! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs screen repair! read more

Contacted today for my 2nd repair to my iPhone 6s because I am a clutz with dropping it! But I will say the complimentary tempered glass they included on the first repair helped endure at least 3-5 accidents before this last complete shatter. I'd go no where else :) read more

Amazing amazing amazing!! Not only did they get me in when it was convenient for me but they were professional and extremely detailed in their work. I originally had taken my iPhone to get repaired at the apple store and they told me "there was nothing they could do and the screen was 'too' damaged" (shocking to believe for one of the smartest companies in the world) and tried to charge me for a new phone. As you could imagine I was devastated because I had all my photos and personal info I held dear on this phone, so no I couldn't just 'buy' a new one. So without giving up I looked for someone who would take on 'this mission' I finally found "fly by fix" and right when he see's my phone he says immediately he knew he could fix it. No hesitation, just determination. When I thought I was going to lose so many photos I held dear, they saved me! (more times than I thought possible!) They're so sweet, and down to earth, you want to pay them twice as much as they're charging. They always give you the best deal, you'd think they're doing it for free! They get back to you within hours of putting in your inquiry, and there are never hidden fees or surprises to why your device won't work. If anyone can fix it, it's fly by fix! They will always have my business, I recommend them 100%. read more

At first I was really pleased with the response time. I needed the screen fixed on my Nokia Lumia 1520 and they responded within five minutes of my email request. We got everything squared away and then suddenly all communication stopped. I emailed several times, requesting confirmation or an update. I went to their website and tried calling, I even tried sending another email request. No one has gotten back to me in over a week. I'm super bummed because I WANTED to give them my money and tried very hard but for some reason it didn't happen. Now I wasted over a week waiting and have to go through someone else. read more

Brought in 2 phones, an iPhone 6 and and an iPhone 5c. The 6 was doa but the 5c only needed a new screen. They did not have any screens for it in stock so I left it till the following week, it was a Wednesday. They said it should b done Monday, mayb Tuesday, depending on when the screen comes in. So I wait, come back the following week and the screen is not in yet, so I give it another week... still no screen. Finally I got my phone back after 3 weeks and the screen didn't stay put, it was kind of floating and I could push it in, because they didnt have the right screws to put in it. On top of all that somebody changed my original review to a bullshit "good job, will use them again" 5 star. So I changed my password and typed this up as a big fuck you to this shitty phone repair place. read more

Great service, was really fast. Fixed my iPhone 5c and made sure it worked afterwards

Exceeded my expectations even after reading all the positive reviews. Service was prompt, courteous, professional and reasonably priced. A real life saver. We are lucky to have this business in Paso! read more

Without a doubt, pick this business to fix your damaged phone!! I had an iphone 6s with a shattered screen that needed to be replaced. I asked for a quote and within the hour received an extremely reasonable price. So reasonable in fact, that I confirmed the cost with them the evening prior to my appointment, thinking there was a mistake. There was no mistake, they were truly $60 to $80 cheaper than the other quotes I received. All communications were very professional and honest, and the replacement of the phone screen was fast. My phone is brand new again! I will be a customer for life, and will always recommend them to anyone that needs their phone or tablet repaired! read more

I went to Mike to fix a completley shattered Iphone 6s screen, I would recommend Fly Buy to anyone. He fixed and cleaned my phone right in front of me, showing me the process of how to take the front panel display off, and reinstalling a new one. His prices are great and if you're considering any type of repair for your phone, Fly Buy is the way to go. read more
