Reasonable cost IMO and pretty quick turnaround times. Depending on what he needs to order, he usually can get me in the next day, and then the repair doesn't take too long either (maybe an hour or so?) The person that runs it is awesome - no nonsense and easy to work with. I enjoy his personality and the brief small talk with him. I think prices may be a bit higher than what you can get around town, but he is using the authentic Apple parts. He openly told me once I can shop around and probably find a lower price but to "pay attention to [such and such] and ask if they're using [whatever method or part] as they can charge less if they do it that way but it could make an inferior repair." Maybe I'm just being fooled, but it doesn't seem like it to me! If anything is ever wrong (rare), I'm confident he will make it right because I've experienced it. After getting the back replaced, there was a smudge or speck behind one of the camera lenses. I called, and the repair technician took care of it right away. Of course, this means it wasn't perfect the first time, but we are working with humans after all! Making it right with no trouble speaks volumes.

I agree with a couple other reviews that this company appears to be a scam to get your credit card…read morenumber. I only called them because Xfinity recommended them. I needed in-wall cable running. They said, no problem, and made me an appointment. The night before the appointment their "tech" calls confirming what type of service I needed then says they quoted me the wrong price and he can't work for that. The tech, Alex, says "after I buy the cable I'd have to install it for free." Wow, I had no idea Ethernet cable was $225 for 50 feet! So, this tech person cancels my appointment. A week later, when I take a break from unpacking boxes, I call Hello Tech again and ask what happened to my appointment. Their customer service rep says I cancelled the appointment, which is absolutely NOT TRUE. She books me another appointment and the next morning I get a text message saying I cancelled it. I just called this company again about my appointment for today and they say, I cancelled it. Either this company enjoys gaslighting people, or it is a total scam to get your credit card number then not perform any work. Beware and watch your card for charges.

(I'd suggest getting a power-up rewards account, so you can have a listing of how many videos you own, and keep track of $ spent so you can receive points per dollar spent, on new games as well as traded-in games & consoles). I've also been to the store on Mangrove, but not as often, so I'm reviewing this store. Both stores I had a great experience with customer service. From what I remember, the selection was a little better on Mangrove, but that was a year ago. The experience we had the past few times at this store, recently, was great! Either GameStop staff is stealing packs, and resealing the tins or the manufacturer made an error in which GameStop should be handling, especially considering the astronomical prices they charge.
