Palmdale, CA I had…read morean appointment to have my laptop checked, once the employee looked at it, he said, "Oh no... this is dead". He reassured me it wasn't my fault - sometimes it's just the manufacturer - and thankfully it was still within the 60-day period, so I was able to exchange it for a new one. As we all know, the store is big, spacious, and plenty of products that they are selling. Upon entering, an employee greets you and asks what were you there for - then points you the right direction, which makes the whole visit smoother - like when I needed an adapter for my new phone. They only had a few left, so I was lucky to grab one. It was a quick service, clear communication, and an easy exchange process.

This is probably my least favorite Target in the Antelope Valley…read more It is conveniently located near the AV Mall and plenty of other businesses, which is helpful, but it's also one of the smallest and busiest Target locations in the area. They often don't have the items I'm looking for like Branch Basics cleaning products or my preferred formula for my baby, and the store usually feels chaotic, crowded, and messy. That said, I still tend to prefer Target over Walmart, even though people swear Walmart is better because it's "cheaper." The staff here are at least nice and approachable, so I do appreciate them for making the experience better whenever I stop by. It may not be my favorite Target, but the location is convenient and the staff have been pleasant.

Absolutely gross, they need employees checking them more often since people are pretty gross. They wouldn't do these things at their homes, I am sure. The first soap dispenser I went to did not work, so went to the next one. It worked. I tried the sink, and it didn't work, so I had to go back to the other sink. It was like musical sinks. The dryer for your hands didn't work, so I used the regular paper towels. When I found my daughter, she informed me they no longer have a maternity section and they haven't for a long time. We were not aware of this. I am not a Target person, but this daughter likes it. I find it expensive, and I am a bargain shopper, so I am not into paying these prices for myself. Just not a fan. 9/9/25
