When I walked into the store I was cheerfully greeted and noticed the employees wiping the phones down. The store was quiet, only the employees and I; which was actually great because of COVID going on. I asked about the promotion and they told me what to do (don't feel like typing that part out lol) so I said thank you and I would come back. I came back the next day and brought my old phone in and let me tell you, the employees are on point!!!! They remembered my name when they greeted me, the store looked very clean and promptly got to work on setting up my new service! One of the employees Mia, helped me pick an awesome phone case that was similar to my old glitter one. I even spent a little extra on accessories to go with my new IPhone. (AirPods, Insurance (accidents happen) and the Mag Charger. I was so pleased with my service and I love my new phone. (I didn't know the differences between the Pro Max and the employee Elijah happily explained and I went with the 12 :) I am so happy with my purchase and service that I will even go in to say hello to them after I do my food shopping at Stop and Shop. I was coming to the area and I noticed there was a Verizon store near where I'd be, so I made a note to come here since I needed not only a new car charger, but I wanted to possibly get an upgrade for my son. Well, I was glad I did and despite this store being a little farther from me, this will be my go-to Verizon store from now on. It's that good that it's easily worth driving a little farther to get to. The customer service was excellent across the board. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The rep who helped me - Matt - was perfect. He was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, honest, and all around great. I made it a point afterwards that this will be the store I will return to in the future specifically for him. I actually have to go back soon to upgrade my own phone. The store itself is about what you'd expect - small, but comfortable. Neat, organized, and naturally all the latest devices are there on display and to tinker with. Depending on what you're looking for, prices are what they are. The charger was reasonable. The trade in/upgrade was also reasonable. The accessories - from the case to the wires were all reasonable. The added bonus was that my account was looked at and I actually got a little reduction in my bill (which was totally okay by me). Located in the Cortlandt Crossing mall, there's plenty of parking. I've tried most carriers and been to several of their stores - this was the best experience I've had overall and over the years, despite who the carrier was. Recommended if you're in need of their business and naturally if you're a Verizon customer. I will be back.

I took it back and the guy replaced it with an entire new screen, explaining there was a defect with the initial replacement. Luckily, I was still in the mall when I noticed the issue. To this day, I still have issues where my touch screen stops working. I've gotten used to quickly pressing the power button off and on, for everything to work again. Fortunately, I don't use the responsive touch features, because those were messed up, too. I 100% regret going here to save a buck. I'll most likely end up going to Ubreakifix or even the Apple store, to have my phone re-fixed, thereby spending more money than if I had not tried to be cheap to begin with.
