Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable about every product and service, but he also took the time to explain things clearly, patiently, and with genuine care. Edwin didn't just solve my issue--he went above and beyond to make sure I walked out with the best possible setup for my needs. He anticipated questions before I even asked them, found ways to save me money, and made the entire process completely stress-free. Honestly, I felt like I was being helped by a friend who just happened to be a tech genius. If Verizon had a Hall of Fame, Edwin would already have a plaque. On this day it was adding a line and finally upgrading my "old" phone. This was in May, so I'm a little late posting this review. As usual, Matt was great and was a tremendous help. This location is a little farther from me, but totally worth it. Inside was clean, organized, and neat. They had the accessories I needed as well. Parking is in the rear - there are doors in the front and back for convenience. Overall another great experience with Verizon and in large part thanks to Matt M. I'm quite certain I'll be back.

I was promised that a device that was not in stock would be mailed to me, then found out that was not the case. I had to have someone go to the store for me because I couldn't make it. I contacted Sandeep to help out, and he was initially responsive and said he would straighten it out, but after he "straightened it out" my bills did not reduce AND I was charged a one-time fee of hundreds of dollars on top of not getting the discounted rate I was promised because he removedd my promotions (he said he had to remove the "wrong" promotions to get me the correct ones, but Verizon advised me that I just lost one promotion and my monthly bill would be the same inflated amount. The whole thing was 100% a scam and I will certainly never do business with this store again and recommend that no one go here.

Apparently if you're on friends and family and you trade in your old phone for a new phone they want nothing to do with it because they did not make their commission. I had an awful experience and my husband got so angry that he had to wait outside the store. His blood pressure has been high, mine too, and to be treated like this by a massive company that has absolutely no sense of responsibility to their customers is disgusting. It's unfettered capitalism without any consequences whatsoever. If you're really not an authorized Verizon store then say that. Apple also lies and lies and lies and lies. They lie to me for decades telling me my phone couldn't be hacked but I didn't really believe it because I know who Edward Snowden is. He was a whistleblower who turned all his information about how the government is spying on all of us to a well respected journalist. He didn't sell his information to China or Russia. Whistleblower always get it in a bad way. So please never order a new phone from Verizon online. Go to the store yourself because they have plenty of phones there. It's not our fault that they can't explain anything and want nothing to do with any customer because they lost their commission. I waited for a bit, but the store guy just kept on with the random caller who had all kinds of technical questions. We've fixed two batteries and one phone screen using Asurion. The prepayment process was easy. Jake was incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and did a great job with the repairs. For someone who deals with people complaining to him all day, he has an incredibly positive attitude.
