Edwin didn't just solve my issue--he went above and beyond to make sure I walked out with the best possible setup for my needs. He anticipated questions before I even asked them, found ways to save me money, and made the entire process completely stress-free. On this day it was adding a line and finally upgrading my "old" phone. This was in May, so I'm a little late posting this review. As usual, Matt was great and was a tremendous help. This location is a little farther from me, but totally worth it. Inside was clean, organized, and neat. They had the accessories I needed as well. Parking is in the rear - there are doors in the front and back for convenience. Overall another great experience with Verizon and in large part thanks to Matt M. I'm quite certain I'll be back.

We've fixed two batteries and one phone screen using Asurion. The prepayment process was easy. Jake was incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and did a great job with the repairs. For someone who deals with people complaining to him all day, he has an incredibly positive attitude.

I finally gave up on these guys and asked for my phone back. No apologies or explanations were ever offered. I got my $30 repair fee returned but that doesn't begin to cover $700 it will now cost me to replace the phone. I took the damaged iphone to Apple and they think the RepairXpert technician damaged the logic board, most likely because he was ungrounded when he changed the battery. I wanted to like this shop because of the reasonable prices but incompetent work is no bargain at any price. Non-existent customer communications are also a big concern. Buyer beware.
