I'd recommend asking to see the screen before they charge your card. I went in to upgrade one watch and add another to take advantage of a promo. I mentioned this right at the start. After the order was placed, I noticed on the receipt that two new lines had been added instead of upgrading the existing one as requested. That mistake led to the hassle of canceling the order -- something they couldn't even do in-store. The associate didn't seem familiar with the promo until he looked it up himself, and overall didn't appear very motivated to complete the sale. Maybe that's because it was a ship-to-home order, but either way, it left a poor impression. Important note: this is an authorized retailer, not a corporate AT&T store. There are only two company-owned stores left in Tucson. You can find them using AT&T's store locator (top right of the website or in the menu) -- just make sure to filter for "Company Owned Stores." I'll be sticking to those from now on. For their reference, receipt timestamp shows 11/04/2025 18:40

Never go here if you want to be treated like a new customer! Brunette in his late 30's. He's a punk and should be fired asap. I've been going there for 5 years and diverted our plans to go to "my AT&T" and got treated like ____! Wow! Just Wow! " Nicholas" is his supervisor. This employee was completely lazy and that's why this stores rating has become crap.

If you are looking to buy or upgrade your phone with AT&T - GO HERE! Check in with MONICA. She…read morewas awesome and provided me with the best service out of THREE AT&T locations in in one week in the Tucson area. Here's why. I've been a customer with AT&T for over 10 years. I had a iPhone 4 3G for three years. It's been a good phone with no problems. But it was slowing down and I was getting a lot of dropped calls and the charger jack built into the phone was wearing out. It was time to replace my phone. DAY ONE: I purchased my new iPhone 5s at the PARK PLACE location. Note - AT&T has "Company Stores" and "Authorized Retailers." It's better to go to the Company Stores - more products and accessories in stock I found out after the fact. The service at the PARK PLACE location was good in terms of getting a new iPhone, purchased it and was able to trade in my iPhone 4 for a $54 credit - take care of your phones as this helped a lot when purchasing a new one. However, they gipped me on the 35% discount I was supposed to get on the accessories with my corporate discount. I didn't notice it until I walked into the ORACLE location. DAY TWO: Next day went back on line and found two locations that had the charger items I wanted so I headed over to the BROADWAY AT&T to make the purchase. No such luck. The Rep tried to convince me that I needed to open a BUSINESS ACCOUNT in order to get the discount. I knew this was BS. I'm not a business I'm one person with a premier corporate account. Their review is separate on Yelp. DAY THREE: I called ORACLE AT&T and spoke with Monica and told her my dilemma getting my discount on accessories. She checked my account and assured me she could help me. I walked in and she greeted me with a smile and a handshake and was able to provide me the two exact items that I wanted, gave me the 35% discount - NO PROBLEM! And on top of that she also gave me a 35% discount on the cord and case that I purchased at the PARK PLACE location. What awesome service! Highly recommend the AT&T ORACLE LOCATION!

I find AT&T in general is a bait and switch company... They make you promises and they send salesmen who the customer never gets to see you again once you purchase and commit. I was guaranteed that my bill was going to be just an additional $30 a month after adding some lines and $35 activation fees. I was extremely reluctant because when I began the service four months ago, I received my first bill and it was quite a bit higher than the price I was told.. when the need for some additional lines arose. I called and went into detail about my first experience, and I wanted to be assured that if I agreed to use them for my additional lines that I would not be charged some additional fees.. the sales person guaranteed that that would not be the case and in this particular time, my bill was going to be around $200 monthly and for this first bill would be roughly $270. That price was including the activation fee fees. I began receiving emails immediately stating my bill was going to be almost $500. I called the customer service line and explained to them. I was getting these emails stating my bill was going to be almost $500. They then reassured me that I would not be being charged that amount that was just an automated system that sends out pricing that does not take into consideration, discounts and trade-ins. Ivan ask them to note that I had called and they guaranteed me no my bill would be the price I was quoted so I accepted that. I then wake up the day my bill is due and I'm charged $500 which is taken out of my account on auto pay so I immediately called the information line in which they tell me basically there's not one thing that they could do for me. I had an extremely hard time understanding operator because they were from a different country and had an extremely strong accent... I requested to talk to a different person a supervisor whom also had an extremely strong accent, and I had such a hard time, trying to understand what they were saying. I asked them if there was anybody that spoke a little bit better English so we could get this resolved and they told me no AT&T doesn't have in the United States to speak to. I was recording the call at the time because it had gotten so absurd and I couldn't believe that they were trying to tell me that I had no options.. I can't explain how frustrating it is to have an issue with a company, and to have someone that you completely cannot understand tell you something you know is completely false. This particular store I went into being told that it is the only one near me that that's an actual AT&T dealer that's not third-party. Initially I spoke to a sales person there were about six people working no customers and a young man came over to me and I explained to him this entire story then he proceeded to look baffled and get what I found out was the assistant manager, and he basically said there was nothing that he could do for me and that I should just keep trying because at some point I probably could get someone in the United States if I kept trying during the daytime.. I had a hard time accepting that answer as I have done my due diligence by trying my hardest to get through on the customer service line where they were no help and told me to go into a store then I go into a store and a very rude store manager who looked to be about 25 and highly uninterested basically told me he has no control over anything and that's just not something that he can help me with. I do understand that these employees can only do what they are allowed to do however, if you're going to be the manager of a store, you should have customer service skills because it is a lot easier for customers to accept bad news from a person who is friendly kind, and offers some sort of solution.. this Manager's name was Jorge and I have to say I cannot for the life of me figure out how he became a manager. I don't recommend AT&T and I definitely do not recommend going to the store on Broadway. I think the fact that they have six people standing around and no customers is probably highly indicative of the fact that their customers don't go in store because they don't get the service, they deserve and we promised.

I went in on Friday and they said they couldn't do it. The employee said the manager had to give him permission before he could do it but the manager was at a different location and wasn't answering the phone. He said he would have the manager call me and said he couldn't help me. The manager never called. I thought at the time that I was getting the brush off which turned out to be true. Two days later I tried to get my phone again and the employee told me the manager wasn't there again and he couldn't do it. I told him that the text said I had until Thursday to get the new phone or they would send it back. I told him I have to work until Friday so it needs to be done today. He said my only option was to cancel it and reorder it through another T-Mobile. I called another T-Mobile (45 minutes from my house) and they said they couldn't do it over the phone and I would have to drive there.
