It did take some time getting all of the equipment & parts needed, so if you are looking to put in a system for a particular event, I would plan well-in advance. However, we were kept informed. The basement is not entirely finished because it is used mostly by my teenage kiddos & their friends, but we did want an outstanding entertainment system for them to watch movies & play games. We opted for a projector & screen. We also wanted to integrate the Philips Hue system for a backlighting on the screen that coordinates with the picture. He & his colleagues built speaker boxes for us & the frame behind the screen upon which the lighting strip would rest. It came out amazing! They did an outstanding job. One year later, and all is still running smoothly. I have not had to reach back out to them for anything so far, but I was left with a strong impression that if we needed help with anything we would just be able to call. I feel confident that they would be supportive given the experience we had throughout the initial process.

They took their time to do it right and asked us how we wanted things to look or be positioned. They were on time, professional, courteous, proficient and intelligent. But no, there is no language Gap and everyone at any location under support team has the ability to support me the same . And they don't have the ability to transfer me to someone in America . I would be ashamed if I was you ! I had another seizure and I I'm lucky that I was able to call 911 on my other phone because I couldn't do it with yours. It is ridiculous that you won't let me out of this contract. I'm going to make as much noise about this online as I possibly can because at this point it's just disturbing. There's something wrong with you, that you could treat me like this after so much time could I have been a loyal customer. I have spent probably 16 hours on the phone with support in less than a year, and I have gotten absolutely no where. This makes me sick and disgusted. I have told you multiple times that I am newly disabled and don't have enough money to pay for your service and cell phone as well as an additional phone and service that actually has signal . You obviously don't listen or care. I didn't know you were that money hungry of a company. If I would have known you were like this I would have never since your service from the beginning.

    This score is 10% for the store and 90 percent for the CSR Marv. I was highly dysregulated (AuDHD…read moreHSP) when I treked out to Oak Brook from a hour away only to find out the store was closed for Thanksgiving despite the website and the entry on Google maps showing it was open. I missed time with family and my girlfriend for nothing because Google said the Google store was open when it wasn't. I let Marv know from the beginning that I was irritated and my partner was there to help me be better at peopling because when I get irritated I am less able to understand how allistic/non-autistic people will react to simple statements of fact. I have several times wound up in an "argument" because me simply stating the truth was taken as criticism/judgement. Because of my dyslexia processing and blindness to most nonverbal social queues, I'm constantly lost when dealing with sensitive interactions. Marv was great at accepting that my quirks aren't a personal attack. He listened, was compassionate, and really committed to doing what he could to remedy the situation but more importantly to make me fell heard. I'll never understand how a company with as much "intelligence" as google could f*** up so badly but one person being genuine made it go from "f that I'm done with them completely" to "yeah that sucked and no this doesn't fix it but it makes that pill easier to bear". The store sucks but if you're lucky enough to get Marv, you'll be in good hands.
