The man who usually came out to the calls seems like a cool guy. Explained the change and the problem that the internet was not functioning. He spent most of the time chatting about eligibility for a mobile line and upgrading my internet service. I was asked to confirm an email to have him correct the problem. This email included "upselling" the products he wasted my time discussing. I ended the call because the problem was still not fixed.
