We had Alex Hood sell is a plan and two, yes two high end phones. The deal was but one, get one and get two $200 gift cards. He have us a receipt that did not show everything and was lacking clarity due to lack of ink in printer he told us to wait to bring our old phones in for two weeks and if we wanted to return the cases we got, to do that before 14 days. We were very clear on the tips he have us. WHAT HE FAILED TO TELL US, was that you had to read your receipt, find the code and enter on the web site before a certain date to get the two $200 gift cards. HE NEVER SAID THAT, or we would have done that right away, as soon as we got in the car. We would have jumped on the site and entered necessary items from receipt. HE NEVER TOLD US THAT IS WHAT WAS NEEDED. He only said, it would take six weeks to get cards. So we waited. Called and found out we missed the date and Verizon could not help us. We visited the store and Alex, got all kinds of promises that he would send in a request for the cards, explain what happened and keep us in the loop. THAT NEVER HAPPENED EITHER!!! Never sent me emails on the progress of the request. We called Verizon four times. They will credit our bill $200!!!! WRONG ANSWER. DO NOT USE VERIZON STORE IN MERIDIAN IDAHO AND DO NOT TRUST VERIZON!!!! I'M DO MAD. WE were with Sprint 16 years but had horrible connection service, so we switched. Totally regret!!!! Thanks ALEX!!!!! read more

Horrible customer service. I went in today to get a screen protector put on my phone and was told I would have to sign in and wait for 6 other people to be helped first. I asked if someone could just do it after they freed up since it takes 2 minutes to put a screen on (I even had the new cover, so didn't even need to take up time buying one). I was told NO. What struck me as most odd was, why couldn't the woman who was signing me in or the second employee standing around with a tablet to sign people in do it? Maybe since nobody was getting any money for helping me, they just didn't care. I won't be back. read more

I run about 6 phones and a few devices threw Verizon for my business. I have had great experience with a gentleman by the name of Russell Phillips. Always a phone call away and great advise. read more

Was in need of some assistance with some of our Verizon products. Associates were very rude and disrespectful, Rob (solutions specialist) especially. When asked a question, some of the associates laughed. Not pleased with this location and will not be returning. read more

For Verizon fans from elsewhere the service may have been great. Here in Boise, however, it sucks. Northwest of Eagle Road the reception is spotty at best. Almost all of Hill Road is a dead zone. Linder and Floating Feather, down to Eagle road is almost hopeless. There are other spots, but those mentioned above are the areas where I travel most and where I need the service. The help in the store is great, but the service is horrible. read more

We came in to our local store recently asking for information and were blown off just because we weren't planning to spend money. So you lost a potential purchase of four or five iPhones, once we had our questions answered. I have found that this location is very annoyed when you come in wanting help and they you aren't in to buy. We shouldn't have to pay to received customer service. read more

Hands down five stars for customer service at this location. Every sales person there seems to be top notch (I spent some time observing the interactions between other reps and customers), but a huge shout out to Alex Hood who sold my husband his new phone, and helped to port us all over to Verizon from Sprint (we'd been happy with Sprint for years, but Verizon does have better coverage here in Idaho). Not only did Alex do an excellent job in explaining all of the anticipated charges, so there would be no surprises when we got our first bill, but he also patiently helped me troubleshoot a problem that came up with the promotional trade in our husband's phone - the problem was not a result of anything that this store was responsible for, but when I sought his help in contacting customer service, he patiently spent over an hour on the phone trying to resolve on my behalf. Unheard of! Will definitely be back when my daughter and I are ready for new phones. read more

I have been an AT&T customer for 18 years, but recently came to an impasse relative two phones I bought. Without going in to the details, AT&T had a technical issue on which to stand, and I had a moral issue. We all know how moral issues usually turn out... In this case the store manager listened carefully, represented my position to a senior manager, and came up with a very fair settlement. The crux was to stick to the technical terms, or render a fair decision that was an investment in the relationship. I have to admit that I was pleasantly surprised when AT&T rendered a decision that not just maintained our relationship, but made it better. I commend the manager for taking the time to hear my points, and representing them well to his superior. They have earned my trust! read more

I went in because I had a reception problem that just started a week and a half ago. Two employees recommended a new SIM card to restart the network. But a lazy tech name Tony came over and said it wasn't fixable because of lack of antennas in Eagle. I tried telling him it just started a couple of weeks ago but he didn't want to listen. What sucks for them I was also going to buy a wireless home system from them also. But with that kind of customer service I'll pass on Verizon. Also now I have a out to cut their service because I can't get calls at my house. Sprint, ATT, T-Mobile here I come. read more

Everyone there is knowledgable, honest, friendly and polite. I felt like I mattered and that they really cared about finding the right plan for me. The gentleman that helped me introduced himself (I feel so bad because I can't remember your name! It started with a T) and took his time to explain everything. I never felt pressured to purchase or sign up for anything that I wasn't interested in. Customer service can be a really tough industry to work in you all are doing a great job! Thank you for making my visit so enjoyable and painless. I will absolutely be back! read more
