I contacted several stores, and iFiandRepair had the most competitive prices. But it did not stop there; they were ready to fix my phone the same day within one hour! When I came to the store, they did not have the original screen; however, they changed my screen to the refurbished one until they got the shipping with the right screen I needed. And then, FREE of charge, they replaced the refurbished to the new screen. This store is fantastic, and I will use it again if needed. I strongly recommend using their services! They made me feel like my phone problem matters, and they want to serve me. Thank you, Jason, for your outstanding service!!!

This T Mobile at 12th Ave. Rd in Nampa may be the worst T Mobile experience I've ever had. I went…read morethere for a simple screen saver change and ended up waiting a total of 6 hours over a period of 3 days. Not only that but the rep Sabrina ( who was very rude ) told me it was my fault because I didn't come in when they were less busy. When I ask her for my money back for the lame screen saver she flat out said no. I got home and called T-Mobile from my phone and they were apologetic and immediately refunded my money. I like T Mobile overall but I would say totally avoid this store and if you get Sabrina as a rep God help you. In the end I never got a replacement screen saver. NOT even an offer for one.

We had to go back today to give them my old phone and had a complete opposite from the customer service from last week. You could tell the employee didn't want to be there. It was probably the worst customer service I have ever had. I tried to get him engaged in some conversation, but that was a negative. Another customer came in when we were in there and he said nothing to her, but I did, just to show him how he needs to interact with customers by saying, hi there, I will just be a minute", but he still said nothing to the other customer. He definitely needs some customer service training. I will not go back, nor will I recommend your store to anyone else.
