Went here about a week ago to get a simple cartridge swap done on my basic Audio Technica…read moreturntable. Decided to go on Tuesday since it was their late day. I arrived there about 30 mins before their close time but unfortunately they had some issues that caused them to close early. Anyways, I spoke with the owner John and he said he was gonna return in an hour so I decided to grab something to eat then head back since it was a decent drive from my house. Took a little longer than an hour, but things happen. When John got there, he gladly changed the cartridge for me on the spot (during after hours) and I hung out there while listening to some music on his killer setup. He was a very friendly guy that got the job done in 30 mins and for a reasonable price. My advice is to call before you go to make sure that they're open but they're a great little shop that has plenty of experience (27 years worth!) I'll definitely be returning I'm sure for all related repairs/audio purchases.

We got to this place after booking an appointment through their website. The line outside the store was pretty long for people with appointments. We got in and made it straight to the laptop section. The store was short staffed and short on supply and we waited some time until a young consultant showed up. He knew his stuff pretty well but couldn't stay around much as he constantly was going around to help other customers. This made us wait every time we had questions about a laptop. We finally decided which laptop we were choosing and let him know. It again took some time for him to get the laptop out of the inventory and get to the billing.
