I think they must have the worst customer service. So, I was an Internet customer whose router just died. I called customer service who advised me that I could go to a store location to exchange my broken router for a new one. I work from home, so I drove 30mins to this place and then waited like a good 15mins because there was only 1 person in the store and he was quite talkative going off subject a lot. Once I was able to talk to the person, he was having trouble managing the iPad and called someone with question about 3x. In the end I logged on the app and found what he was looking for. So he was trying to upsell something n I told I just need the router since I needed to go back to work. He went to the back and got then router, got my information just to tell me that he wasn't able to give me the router because they didn't do exchanges at the store only new accounts. This whole process took 45mins from the time I stepped in the store til I went to my car. And calling customer service for Verizon is just as bad. Needles to say I'm not a customer anymore read more

They promised me a Target gift card and a Nintendo Switch if I signed up for internet with them. They made me get the most expensive plan because "that's the one that qualifies for the promotion." A couple of months passed, and I received nothing. I called several times, and every time they said they were escalating the issue and promised a call back -- but they never did. This went on for a year. I finally canceled the service. Very disappointed that they use these tricks to get customers in but don't deliver on their promises. The service itself was also bad. They claim they can't print receipts at their location and you have to go to a corporate location . Well they lied and my mom and I had to go all around the city today because of this locations lies. I've been to this store several times, and have usually had problems that caused me to return. My most recent was replacing a phone. When I left my phone still wasn't receiving service and I had to return twice. It seems understaffed majority of the time and I'll have to wait a while to be helped. Today tho, only one employee, 1 hour before close. They're with a customer, ok, no problem. I entered the store, was not greeted, ok... sat down, 10 minutes and still haven't even been acknowledged. 10 more minutes waiting haven't even been told it'll just be a moment or they're going to be a while... still haven't been addressed whatsoever. I left, and still nothing lmao. I guess I'll try a different location tomorrow to drop off the equipment I no longer am using. read more

First experience with Verizon and this location is the absolute worst and left us with a bad idea over Verizon even though this location isn't really "Verizon." Verizon and this location don't really "work together" because they are only an authorized reseller. Run away from this location and go to an actual Verizon. Employee Brian is the absolute worst employee in the history of customer service. He needs a different type of job ASAP. Maybe find a cooking job to not deal with people. He is rude, condescending, extremely unprofessional, and pretty much useless at his job. He is honestly an embarrassment to the business and doesn't know how to do his job. AJ is just as bad and lies about their services and then doesn't know how to fix his screwups. They screw you over at this location and the only way to fix it is to screw you over some more. Absolutely nothing but one problem after another with this location. We went to this location to start a new service for three phone lines, trading in our old phones. We were told they had bundles when you buy a new phone. We were not ASKED if we wanted them. The sales guy put the liquid glass and camera covers on the phone without asking, and then charged us for that and a power brick (again we were not asked about nor did we want or nee). We thought okay, weird, we were tired and ready to get out of there. Went in to pick up my phone a few days later, found out no, you do not need the items we were charged for. So saved ourselves 125$ ish dollars on the next two phones. We had to go back 3 times and call Verizon to get our service sorted out and get our lines ported over. We were also supposed to get a tv bundle on our plan, instead the guy put a home warranty bundle on that we did not want. Had to get that taken off and switched. A month later my bill is almost 75$ more than I thought. I called Verizon corporate, turns out there is ZERO record of trading in TWO of our phones. It took us another hour on the phone to get our bills sorted. Thankfully Verizon corporate is actually pretty good. This store though, I suggest staying FAR far away. Even when we were there we missed the red flags of them talking about others that had issues, others that came in that were having issues, sales people pushing things and messing up orders and billing. This is your red flag, take the time to go to a corporate store instead. You will thank yourself in the end. read more

A bunch of used car salesmen. I went in with my daughter to switch to Verizon and update my phone. Was told I couldn't use the phone that I brought in for my daughter because it was for pre-paid only (this may be true, not sure), but that I could get the same deal for getting her a new phone as I was getting (supposedly just $10 a month). Was told that getting a second phone number on each of our phones would save me money (turns out it added an additional phone bill to each of our phones. I suppose he saved us those $10 dollars off of each additional phone number that we didn't need whatsoever. Was told I needed to buy a new charging block because the old one wouldn't work. That was another $70+... oh yeah, cable fits into the old block just fine. When I noticed that I was getting billed for 4 lines I called Verizon. They removed the two additional lines, noticed that I didn't get the "free phone" deal for my daughter and fixed that and mentioned that the insurance I agreed to was an additional $38 a month (not what was agreed to). These guys are slimy little dealers that word things in such a way it completely misrepresents what you are paying for or what you need. They are also "authorized" Verizon dealers, so they're a third party company. Only reason I would go back in there is to do things that would have me talking to a judge. read more

If I could give no stars I would: My husband and I went into this store and were asked if we have masks. We both legitimately have medical reasons we cannot wear them. We let the girl know and she called someone else and then told us without masks we can't be in the store. Then the girl asked what we needed, we told her we were there to buy phones. This girl said we could just go online, at which point we explained the last time we ordered online our phones were diverted in route to our house and we still had to pay for them. This mandate to wear masks clearly states that those medically unable to wear masks are not required to wear them. This store just lost out on the sale of two new phones and any future sales from us. read more

Went in here today to change my number. The Assistant Manager (Jordan? I can't remember the name....) was SUPER friendly and chill, and even educated me on how I can do it through the app for NO COST!!!!! He was very patient as I followed the steps. I even had a bit of an error with texting after that, and he helped me reset my network settings and that fixed it. ANY TIME during this process he knew EXACTLY what to do and was very kind, helpful, patient, and professional with a very positive attitude!!! DO NOT COME HERE. BAD SERVICE They failed to contact me when my ordered arrived. I had to call and get an update because it was passed a month since I placed the order. The associate on the phone said "it been here for a while and we thought we called you." I never received a call (a voice message would had been nice). When I arrived to pick up my order the STORE MANAGER failed to honor my promotion that I was offered when I placed the order. I left without anything. I did not have a good experience here. I ordered the Verizon Cloud and could not figure out how to save things to the Cloud. It should be simple, but for whatever reason I couldn't figure it out. So I came in here on a Monday morning to get some in-person help. There were 2 people working, so I had to wait for quite some time. Once I finally got someone, they could not figure it out either. They asked the other employee who also didn't know, so if the actual Verizon workers didn't know how to do it then who would? After spending close to an hour in here I left with no resolution, other than a post-it note with the Verizon customer service phone number on it, lol. When I got home I called Verizon and they suggested deleting and re-downloading the Cloud app, which I did and it worked like a charm! Such an easy solution and would have been great if the Verizon employees had suggested that. I gave them 2 stars because the employees weren't rude or anything, just unable to help. This Verizon store is fantastic! My old Android I had gotten back in 2014 starting going haywire last night turning itself on and off until finally it wouldn't start at all..it was completely gone. I went into this Verizon store desperately needing a new phone. As I walked in, the store wasn't crowded at all which was nice and all of the associates greeted me and were extremely friendly. The salesman I worked with was Carter and he was the epitome of perfection. He upgraded me to a new Android Motorola which I absolutely love and it's very similar to my old phone. He even offered me a pink case for my phone which is my favorite color! Carter explained everything very clearly about how to use the phone as well as take care of it. We went in because all of our phones were up for upgrades/contracts expired and before you knew it we got SCAMMED! Our first piece of advice: Watch the fine print, don't sign on that electronic pin pad device until you've seen the paper contracts! Here's how they worked us: After we asked a LOT about our monthly cost, they tell you about your bill (what you want to hear), you get excited, you sign the electronic signature pad device which was so outdated and old before you see the paperwork. They continue getting your phone ready and 15-30 minutes, THEN they print off your paper contracts and stuff it in your bag with all your stuff. They get you hyped so your not thinking about the bill. 30 Days later....BOOM! Our bill was DOUBLE what we were paying monthly. Terrible. 2nd piece of advice: Don't sign anything until you see the Paper Contracts. 3rd piece of advice: Don't do business here. AT & T is right down the way OR if you have to do Verizon, go down to an actual Corporate store. Don't do Independent Retailer stores. This one was terrible. Hope this helps you! read more

I live near one of these locations and I travel to the further location! Why you ask? Well customer service! Tiffany is incredibly helpful, so nice and isn't a pushy sales person! I am so thankful I ran into this store one day and found her. This Verizon location sells one of the best products and has an awesome display of phones. Lots to choose from. You can also pay your bill here. There is a $3 service charge if you pay cash but if you use your card there is no charge. Who can beat that? I am definitely going to use my upgrades here and provide this location all of my future business! Especially if Tiffany is there! Don't get me wrong, everyone is very nice but she is pretty cool. I wish I could put zero stars! This place is ridiculous. I called their phone number and asked if they had a specific phone. They went and checked, said yes they did. I told her, Shay was her name, I was going over now. I showed up and they said yes, they have that phone but it's a special order for someone and they can't sell it. So why would they tell me minutes before that it was in stock, even told me what color and then deny speaking to me or telling me that. I went in because I wasn't happy with how much my cell phone bill cost and thankfully I ran right into the store manager Amber Wofford aka DA BOMB!!!! Amber was able to lower my bill $50 yet my services have increased. She also told me about the specials running and I got a tablet free after rebate, how cool is that? I went back a few days later to let Amber look at my husband's phone and it was a good thing because when she took off the cover we were surprised to see the back of the phone was swollen. So Amber took over and guided me to the best replacement phone to meet my husband's needs, another special deal, free after rebate. While Amber was taking care of the paperwork, Martell and Brad jumped in to transfer everything from the old phone to the new one. What a great team, the THREE MUSKATEERS!!!! I must admit, I was pretty fed up with how much I was paying for our cell phones and was seriously looking to change carriers. Just tried to pay my bill here. Normally I pay it using the machine at the store on Rainbow. This store charges you $3 to pay your bill while it's free at the Rainbow location. Their Store Manager told me today they can't replace my screen protector that their reps told me when I purchased my phone that since I bought their special accessory program I had unlimited screen protector replacements which is what sold me on it. I can not tell you how THANKFUL I am to have had Sheldon work on my phone. I am not knowledgeable when it comes to phones, how they work, services ect. Sheldon went above and beyond to help me get my phone set up correctly. To explain what features I had on my phone and how to use them. It took him a bit of time but never once did he stop or say he couldn't do it. He plugged away until the mission was complete. They have an hard working, knowledgeable employee here. He dealt with all sorts of technical issues with ease and juggled three other guests gracefully, as he was the only one working that morning. The next day I came back and he set my phone up for me. First she asks us how much we pay for our t mobile phone and immediately gives us an offer that's twice as much then what we are paying. Assumes that we want the upcoming s8 then looks at our appearances and quickly offers us the S7. As if we can't afford the new phones.
