They did take care of all the loading and unloading. The move started around 7:15 a.m. and finished at approximately 3:30 p.m., and the total cost was just over $1,000. During the move, there was also a period when I was waiting for the truck to arrive at the new house. When I called, I was told the crew had stopped for lunch. While everyone deserves a lunch break, it was something I wasn't expecting during a move billed by the hour. The biggest issue was that one of my Restoration Hardware metal consoles was damaged. The metal mesh was bent during the move. I reported the damage within a couple of hours after the crew left. Unfortunately, I was told that because I had signed the paperwork at the end of the move, they would not provide compensation. My advice to anyone using this company is to take your time before signing the final paperwork. No matter how eager everyone is to finish the move, inspect every room and every piece of furniture carefully before signing. If you discover damage after you've signed, you may have difficulty resolving the issue. Based on my personal experience, I would not use Warren's Moving again. While the crew completed the physical move, I was disappointed by how my damage claim was handled, and that experience is the reason I cannot recommend the company. read more

(This is a late review.) It has been a few months and it's time I did my review. I believe it's a hit or miss to get a good review with your company depending on the movers/people they hire. They totally represent them. I was lucky to have had Matt that day and his partner Ty(?). Matt took the lead and was so professional and did not waste time. He was very efficient and even made sure I was charged correctly I am very particular with how boxes are placed and where. Matt did a very good job of where things went. About as expected. I had two movers move my house. Typical furniture and about 40 boxes plus a few large items in wood crates in the garage. Nothing broke, which is an accomplishment! After packing my house according to guidelines on the website, the movers still had many complaints on the weight and size of boxes and furniture. It was a bit surprising to hear moaning about moving heavy things... because you know... that's the job. I booked the move over the phone and specifically asked for a pallet jack for several large items that are impossible to move without one. I asked for this a few times. The truck arrived without one. After having one delivered, and a 20 minute smoke break with the guys that delivered it (a break which I was charged for), they were finally able to move the items. Once the old house was loaded, and the dozen wall dings and dirtied carpet were managed, we went to the new house. The lead guy said they were going to take a 15 minute smoke break and that I would not be charged. Great, no problem. The break lasted 45 minutes and I still was charged for the extra half hour. It took the two guys a very slow 6, SIX, hours to move the house! Many times they would take small, light items up stairs one at a time. For example, an ironing board. When it came to boxes the used a disgusting dolly that stained the carpet. It got to the point where I just asked for everything to be left downstairs. Milking the client is shameful. Complaining on the job to the client is embarrassing. However, no items were broken and it was done in a single day. Warrens saved my back but broke the bank. read more

BEWARE!!! We hired this company to help pack our POD on May 18th. While working with then we started getting correspondence from Triple 7 movers. Confused, we asked about it and they said that they recently acquired 777. We let them know that we had issues with them during a previous move and they ensured us that there would be no issues. Initially, I will admit I was very impressed. They managed to get way more in the POD than we expected and they were pretty quick! They did grab some stuff we didn't want them to take, but we took the blame for that as we probably weren't clear enough. No big deal. However, upon receiving the POD at our new address and unpacking it we quickly realized that their number 1 concern must've been speed because they didn't give 2 shits about our things. We had multiple Plastic Heavy Duty Storage boxes completely crushed and demolished. I don't mean squished and misshapen (although that was also the case for some) I mean the boxes shattered like glass! Which of course lead to the items in the boxes getting crushed and ruined. We have wooden box frames that were in really good condition before they were packed, when unpacking we saw that the fabric covering on the bottom of both were torn and one was almost completely ripped off. Also, my husband golf clubs were ruined. Completely bent and trashed, unusable. Anyone who plays golf knows how expensive a full set of clubs is to replace. Unbelievable the pure lack of concern for our things. Why bother to help people move if you're just going to be careless and trash things? I would never recommend this company to even my worst enemy. I understand that it's all just "stuff" but it's stuff that I worked my ass off for that I obviously still wanted since I was packing it to move. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOUR LOADING UP STUFF TO TAKE TO THE DUMP! read more

Two years ago we used a moving service that moved us one block away from our old house. That move was a nightmare! It took approximately five guys nine hours to move us up the street. We recently moved again to a community 10 minutes away from the previous house and I decided to call Warrens. The receptionist was so nice and explained the whole process. When it came time to move, the movers (3 men) were on time, friendly and professional. Best part it only took them six hours (with a 30 minute lunch) to move us. My parents have used this company before with great results. This time however, they had to ask them to finally leave. The movers were young and inexperienced and took way too long to get my parents moved out of their house. They actually had to finish moving their things themselves because the movers were so slow. Moved my family with Warren's April 2018. Prior to the move I had an estimator come out and review everything that needed to be moved. The estimator stated the move would take 10-12 hours. At the end of the 12 hour moving day they were unable to clear out my garage and did not even attempt my storage unit. I had to get movers from them the next day for 6 hours. So basically they misrepresented the cost to move me by $810. The movers were not clean, leaving greasy hands on furniture and walls. They wore no protective booties while walking on my new carpet. They broke a few things and simply googled them on amazon and gave me a discount, never-mind the fact that I have to go out, purchase replacements, and then spend time installing them. After they removed and reinstalled the doors on my fridge I fear it will never be the same. I had them move my grill to the backyard with its protective cover on. Two weeks later when I had time to grill and took off the cover I discovered that one wheel had been completely broken off. I contacted Warrens about my grill and was told I missed my seven day window to inspect my items and they would not do anything! It was a small matter but it really made me think about the whole process, the amount of money I spent, and the actual service I received. No one unpacks in seven days with three young children. I have since found a few other glass items thrown into large moving boxes that were broken as well, but their is no point in contacting Warrens because contractually they are off the hook! To me this really says a lot about the integrity of this company. read more

Get ready to move your own stuff! They got lost, showed showed up late, took twice as long as quoted, and watched as I help carry a third of my furniture in and out of the truck. I overheard them laughing about getting paid hourly between each other as they lazily moved small items around. When I took up my complaint with a manager he told me he couldn't help that I felt it was slow and that the time it takes is all that matters when charging a customer. These jerkoffs have just stolen 5 hours of my life and charged me $500 for it. What a crap experience. These 2 movers just shlepped the contents of my 2 bedroom apartment from one unit to another and did the classic "Let's run out the time clock while she isn't looking" game. I had to follow them around and catch them taking breaks every trip to the truck. At the 4 hour point my beds and desk weren't even assembled so I told them to stop because I'll be damned if I'm gonna sit here and watch you charge me to take 2 more hours to assemble my crap. They would pull stunts like take ONE LAMP from the truck and casually bring it to the apartment. Are you freaking kidding me? And I know for a fact they were purposefully moving slow because I got so pissed I started grabbing some of my boxes and chairs from the truck and "helping" them take it in the house. I was, and I kid you not, literally LAPPING 2 grown men. Come to think of it I should have just moved by myself for free. It would have been faster. We recently used Warren's for our in-town room. It was fairly last minute due to another company not showing up and they were able to schedule us quickly. Aaron was super professional when I called to schedule, the movers were on time (literally to the minute) and they did a great job. They were able to take apart and reassemble some larger furniture and wrapped everything up to protect it while in the truck. I was given a short list of movers by my neighbor who is the realtor that found me a place. (By the way Trista is amazing, ill review her too). It turns out my late brother in law worked there for years, and my sister said they were great to him. On top of that, they charge 150 per hour for 2 guys and a truck no extra travel time no BS its flat fate and these guys will do whatever you need done. Other companies wanted me to rent a truck for 3 guys, or they were 125 per hour with their own truck but they add an hour automatically to make drive time simple. Pftftftf. I forgot both their names at Warrens but 1 was Roberto and theyre a team. They were efficient as hell, did it all, friendly as can be, was literally best mover experience ever. I blame Yelpers for the best moving experience of my life, having called Warren's Homework under the Yelpian influence. My last move, which took place a year ago, was also an interstate move, was a terrible experience that I was disinclined to repeat, hence the research for a good mover. (Not only did that mover jack me for $1500 over the estimate, but the movers stole a laptop and shattered the contents of two entire boxes, one of Grandma's crystal and one of my children's pottery.) The gentleman who did the estimate was true to his word, and there were no hidden expenses, nor any sort of hijacking of my stuff once it was halfway to California. The movers themselves, Joel and Marvin, did an excellent job. They were thorough, professional, and efficient, all with a friendly, helpful manner. Joel hooked up my washer and dryer without my even asking. They were so gentle that not one wine glass was broken. In fact, there was no damage to any of my things. I had a very positive experience with Warren's Moving. The initial customer service rep on the phone was pleasant and helpful. The gentleman that conducted the item count a couple days before the move was professional and informative. The two movers, Pete and Gary, worked extremely hard and efficient during the 4 hour move. They did not slack off or have bad attitudes. I appreciated that. They took a twenty minute break and advised me prior that they will stop the clock during the break. Then they went back to work and kept going. It's hard work, especially in hot weather, but they didn't complain or whine. Very professional and kept everything positive. She was so friendly and helped answer all my questions I had since this was the first time i was hiring movers. She was able to schedule me for the following week. The movers showed up on time and they moved everything quickly. Vince and Pete were very professional and quick. They moved everything from my two story home to my new one story home without a knick or scratch to my walls/door ways and furniture. They even helped me turn on the gas for my dryer which I didn't know how to do myself. I would definitely recommend Warren's Moving to anyone in Vegas and I will use them again in my future moves! Is it the companies ability to take good care of our clients? Of course it is! All of these things are very hard to find in the moving industry, and Warren's team has been setting the standard. Warren also, albeit quietly, donates quite a bit of time and money to local charities, most recently moving Street Teens, a homeless drop in center for teenagers in Las Vegas, into their new building with ONE DAYS NOTICE. We would have been screwed without these amazing movers. For two weeks I had called numerous people in yelp about helping us move. They either didn't return calls or were completely booked in advance. Luckily driving to work I saw one of their trunks and decided to give them a call. My husband the night before we moved got food poisoning from BWW and couldn't even get off the bathroom floor let alone move one box. Spoke with Melissa who gave me the price of 125 per hour. It seemed pretty expensive but after her explaining that they were insured, licensed and would wrap everything it made sense. We wanted great care over a cheap price where our items could get broken or damaged. She called the day before to confirm our appt for sat at 7:15am and answered all my questions. Which included if I wanted to drop something at a friends appt on te way could we? The answer was yes (: The men arrived promptly at 7:15. In matching blue attire they were friendly and efficient. They went over pricing, that they would possibly take a 15 min break. That if I could let tme know of any damaged items before hand and go over all the paperwork. That took about 10 mins and was painless. The guys really hustled. We had three full bedrooms, stuff in the garage for the apt trash and has them move our BBQ, 250 pound dining set and patio set to our neighbors. Which they walked to. It was impressive how fast they moved. With it being 111 degrees they were drenched in sweat. Not going to lie it was very awkward us sitting and watching them busy their asses while we just watched. We offered them Gatorade and iced water which they accepted. Loved how they wrapped every item. And tied it down in their huge truck. We went from the second story apt, drove 30 mins to the new house in mountains edge, and then they moved everything back up the stairs. The entire process began at 7:15 and ended at 2:15. In between that they took a 15 to eat their lunch which was no big deal. All together it cost is a little over 800 but worth every penny. On top of that we tipped them 100 because of how hard they worked. There was never a moment of them just standing. I don't even remember them using any of our bathrooms, which was weird. At the end they reassured us that after go through all the boxes and unpacked if we found anything broken we could just call their number and also as well if anything was missing. Simple is the word that comes to mind now when I refer them to others. read more
