Walking into GadgetMates, I knew I made the right decision. The staff was friendly and very direct with pricing and timing. The person I inititaly spoke with even had the same laptop as my husband so he knew what to ask for right away. I left my info and they provided me with a card and ticket number, tagging both my laptop and charging block. They texted me all along the way. Once diagnosed, they called and let me know the damage. It was a reasonable charge for what was wrong. They had to have the part delivered so they quoted a specific amount of time but luckily for us, it was ready early and we picked it up the day we flew out of town. Literal perfect timing. They also were really good about letting my husband pick it up even though I was the one who dropped it off. The shop itself is clean and tidy and there are quite a few things to look at.
